5.00Brilliant tour from start to finish, Lou Lou was an great guide, very knowledgable and we learnt a lot of very interesting, surprising things on the tour and she knew so much about getting in to places before the crowds built up, an absolutely gem.

5.00In my opinion, this is the best and easiest way to visit and tour Pompeii. From the pick up spot to the drop off, it is very organized with very knowledgeable guides. Both Mello & Lulu were amazing! I recommend this tour because it is early morning, which is what you want. It gets really hot in Pompeii. We were already hot and sweating by 11am and it was in mid June. There is a great cafe/restaurant before you enter the sites where you can grab some coffee early morning or even a bite to eat later for lunch after the tour is over. The gates at Pompeii open at 9am and we were done with the tour around noon which is sufficient. Pompeii is a big city and with touring around for 3 hours we only saw maybe 1/8 of it all but you really get to see an important part of it all Lulu was excellent with her knowledge and her passion for the history of Pompeii. I highly recommend this tour!

4.00Pick-up went smoothly and we arrived in Pompeii to meet our tour director Monica. She was very knowledgeable and included a lot of humour during the tour. The tour was interesting and went along at a good speed. It’s nice to check this one off the bucket list.

5.00Great host and great guide at Pompeii. Well organised enjoyable trip. Views from Vesuvius are worth the trip alone.
Good for adults; not toddlers. Accommodating tour guides though!

5.00Bus was comfortable and guide to get us to the bus was helpful. I do not recommend strollers through Pompeii though. We had issues navigating the strollers because flatter sidewalks aren’t established for the tour. We had a 2 and 3 year old with us and we probably wouldn’t recommend taking kids that small. That isn’t the tours fault though. The tour was super accommodating and the adults in the group seemed to enjoy the experience.

1.00We were told to be at the meeting location at 815 am. We arrived at 745 and found that the grip had left at 730. No one had notified us of this change. We were forced to run to the city subway to catch a train to unite with our tour. When the train broke down, we missed the next meeting point, and they didn't wait for us. When we finally reached Pompeii, we meet up with a "guide" who handed us tickets and a map. He said there was no way to unite us with the group. So, we were left alone in a maze to figure it out in our own. We spent more time looking at the map than we did looking at Pompeii. Major fail!

5.00The transport was great. AC comfy bus. Guide was so wonderful. Took us to all of the impt spots. We would not have enjoyed Pompei as much had it not been for the guide. Be sure to bring comfy shoes, hats, sunglasses, and water it was warm.

5.00Wonderful experience! The guides were very helpful in the setup and our guide inside of Pompeii was very knowledgable. We are glad we did the tour as it would have been difficult to learn all of the highlights on our own!
