4.00The tour as very good and very educational and meant you don’t need to buy any of the other tours of the city. The palace was lovely but the tour of it was rushed. A longer time would have been better. I don’t know if it is longer if the Christmas market is not there in the courtyard. 55 minutes was given to look at the market first.

1.00We had booked a tour in the morning around 0930. We arrived at the Schönbrunn in plenty of time to take a look around and figure out where to gather. Once we arrived we found out that the meeting point of this tour was a few kilometers away and not at the palace itself. After being contacted by telephone, I was told by both the head office and the tour guide that I could no longer participate in the tour if I did not go to the meeting point. Now I understand that it is my fault that I was wrong (the meeting point was at the bottom of an email I had received). But due to the fact that I was present at the location where the actual tour was going to take place, I still felt that the organization could have accommodated me somehow. I was offered a discounted tour the next day, but we would not be in Vienna anymore. We booked a tour with another organization (which did collect at the palace) and took our loss. Very unfortunate and, in my opinion, unnecessary.

4.00Safe and friendly tour guides and bus driver. Excellent stops. Perfect tour for a one day in Vienna for a first timer. The only reason they did not get five stars is because I had signed up to be on an English speaking tour and the tour guide was a native German speaker who split 2/3 of the trip speaking Spanish for the Spanish-speaking folks and only 1/3 of it in English so I missed an awful lot. I wish it would’ve said that it was both English and Spanish being spoken. I wouldn’t have chosen that.
