Please come to our Air-conditioned office before 15 minutes start the activity. We will check in you and gather the group at the office and take in to the first location of the Tour, Accademia Gallery

3.00The tour guide did a pretty good job. The meeting point was disgustingly gross. We were supposed to leave at 1:00 and they said it would be 1:15 to wait for others. We didn’t leave until after 1:25. The tour itself was ok but for a small group tour at those prices the meeting site should be cleaner annd more comfortable and don’t make us wait 25 minutes for guests that showed up 45 minutes late.

3.00The reason I am giving this a 3 out of 5 is that I had trouble at times in the Uffizi seeing our guide The place was literally swamped with people and she did have a flag, but it was more like earth tone ribbons and didnt stand out at all in the gallery or she just didn't use it when it felt like it was most needed. Also, we had headsets, but it was so loud in the gallery, I couldn't always tell what she was saying which was frustrating because she had really interesting facts about the paintings.
