5.00The tour was amazing! Our guide, Alessandra, an art historian and an artist, taught us how to see art from a professional perspective. We learned about the symbolisms, the compositions, the spiritual, the political background stories and the historical importance of some of the most prominent art works and designs. She was also able to cut through the crowds, and knew the short cuts and ways to get us quickly through the lines, saving us hours of time. I can not recommend Alessandra enough and having only one day in Florence, we definitely got our money’s worth!
