5.00Great tour. Our guide, Amanda, was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was an overall great experience. She gave us great info on a number of the masterpieces, Michelangelo, and the surrounding Florence area. Highly recommend.

Her related expertise brought the galleries to life for us and made for a memorable day that we will not forget. She was by far the best tour guide during our trip to Italy. All the best from Canada!

5.00This tour a was well worth the money. There were other similar tours for less money. Iam glad I didn’t go that route to save some money. There were a total of 9 of us in the group so it was a great size. Our Guide, Mirellia, was so personable and knowledgeable about everything Italy and answered all our questions. This tour was almost five hours and we got to go into Accademia. And then walked through the Duoma plaza and then timed entry to the Uffizi. This museum was incredible. So much to see. It was very crowded and I couldn’t imagine going through this on our own. I highly recommend Mirella. She has been doing this job for 33 years. And her passion and joy of her work was evident throughout the tour. She talked to s for the whole time and we learned so much about the Middle ages, the Renaissance and everything about Michelangelo, as well the beautiful churches throughout Lawrence

5.00Everything about this Ciao Florence tour was top-notch, from check-in at the tour company office, to checks performed in the beginning on our audio headsets to ensure clear communication with no static interference, to our guide Sylvia’s informative walking tour of Accademia, Uffizi, and the historical district of Florence. Sylvia did such a fabulous job of explaining every work of art, every sight with appropriate historical perspective that made a 3-hour walking tour on Renaissance art interesting even for our 12-year old daughter. I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see and learn about the main works of art at these museums for the first time.

5.00Small group, very personal service, great tour of Florence highlights and major museums. Our tour guide Stefania was excellent. She taught us so much about each work of Art and spent time giving us extra time to take pictures and ask questions. She provided us with great information and conversation and we learned a lot about Florence and its history. Highly recommend this tour and Stefania as a guide.

5.00This was a great tour. Our tour guide Sylvia was so knowledgeable and explained all of the important pieces to us. It definitely helped us understand what we were looking at and made our visit meaningful. We also enjoyed walking around the town as Sylvia explained the different points of interest and history behind the areas. I would highly recommend this tour.
