The sites were beautiful from up there and I am so appreciative of the lady up there who was patient with me. I’m TERRIFIED of heights and had a small meltdown but she didn’t push, she walked away to give me space and once I stepped out she took the picture . I truly appreciate her kindness

Very dad a great view HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the best thing is that you are not being pressured to get out You're going at your pace and with the city pass it was super comfortable I definitely recommend it. You can't miss it.

Expedited access costs more but well worth it it (especially if they are busy at all). You can enjoy the city or the lake views. Lots of landmarks. The ledge is a little scary but very safe. Just do it. Can be a bit pricey.

Really good experience, starting with a build up on the history of Chicago, concluding with the skydeck

The view from the top is amazing. You get just enough time on the ledge for photos. The elevator ride up and down is quick. Parking around Willis Tower is expensive. We chose the first available garage and it was more for all day parking so 1 hour and 3 minutes cost us $48!!!!
