  Definitely one to try when you’re in Ljubljana. It was a great tour with a perfect balance of local history, relatable anecdotes and a good selection of local delicacies and wines. Jasmina was a fantastic guide - knowledgeable and entertaining, with a great sense of humour, and very affable. She put us all at ease, communication flowed easily and there were a lot of light moments and easy conversations. It was an excellent group of fellow tour mates too! Highly recommended.

  Jasmine was great. Super knowledgeable about Slovenian history and helpful with tips on what to do and where to go. Food and wine was awesome too.

  We loved this tour. Our guide (Palona, sp?) was knowledgeable and articulate, funny and passionate about Slovenia. She shared so much information about Slovenia and its history and its traditional food and wine, always with a smile and a charm that made her fun to listen to. The area of old town Ljubljana is spectacular, and the chosen eateries were varied, interesting and again.. just plain fun. Highly recommended!

  We had a fantastic time on our food tour of Ljubljana! It was great to get a taste of the city with so many different stops and varieties of food. Jasmina (hope I spelled that right) was engaging and entertaining. I do appreciated her kindness and help when I showed up in a wheelchair and crutches due to a last minute injury in Croatia the day before. She was thoughtful about taking the best routes with minimal stairs. We enjoyed visiting with her and the others in the group. A great way to explore the city and engage with others around a table with delicious foods and drinks! Thank you!!

  This tour was above and beyond our expectations. Rather than feeling like you were on a tour it felt like you were having dinner with a friend! Polona (apologies for the spelling) was extremely knowledgeable about the area and shared fun facts that you don’t get on other tours. All 5 stops she took us to were delicious. I recommend doing this tour at the start of your trip so you have opportunities to try all types of food and finding out the best in the city before continuing on. This was my first food tour while traveling and it has inspired me to try food tours on all my upcoming travels.
