Very good, James patiently explained everything, answered all questions and took time unlike other groups who seemed to rush through

Our guide was great. He had a presentation on his ipad that he showed us the how’s and why’s of the tunnels. Very informative. It is about an hour and a half trip to the tunnels, mainly because of traffic, and this really helped to fill the time and educate us.

Everyone says the tunnels are a must see, but there is no timed entry and there are MANY big groups of people at the site. They stop on the middle of the walkway to tell their stories and it creates a big jam. They suggest 4 hours for this trip, but I was done in 2! The one saving grace was our tour guide. He is a vet of the Vietnam war and was very interesting to listen to in the drive over.
