There you can enjoy the landscape, swim in the water and live in nature. Along the way you will learn of the bio diverse ecosystem of the rainforest, touch bamboo, unique flora, guava trees and 300 year old trees. Further up after a 15 minute hike, a little rocky there is another watering hole with natural waterfalls. Paul was an incredibly knowledgeable, animated and a sweet tour guide. Made us feel at home and safe. El Yunque trip was fun, challenging and rewarding. If you love to hike definitely recommend to not skip it!

Great experience for the family. The pickup is a little early but that is because they want to get you there early so you don't have to wait in line and can do the water activities multiple times. When we left everything had a very long line. We did a water slide, rope swing multiple times and cliff jumping multiple times until everyone was tired. A lot of rock climbing and it was very safe.

Eliu was an energetic, engaged and knowledgeable guide that really enhanced our experience. The hike itself was moderate (in a good way), and the water activities were a lot of fun. And he took a lot of great pictures and videos to memorialize the trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing adventure! Boulder climbing a bit challenging at times(47yr old female), but totally worth it.

This was absolutely the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Catherine “La Taina” was the best and made the trip such an amazing experience. Her passionate personality, knowledge of all things Puerto Rico and love for the outdoors came through the entire trip. She took such great care of everyone in the group and paid close attention to those who might be struggling. She continuously used the word “family” when talking to our group and she made you feel like part of her own. I could not recommend this trip more but especially if you luck up and get Catherine as your guide! - Jason and Tyler

This is a must, a great way to spend the morning! Eliu was a knowledgable, kind and helpful guide. He even sent a list of recommendationa.of things to do/places to eat for the remainder of our stay. The hike to the water area is definitely not for beginners but is great. My 2 teen boys had only one complaint and that was that they didn't want it to end!

Alex is a great guide! It’s a tough hike for older people though. But it was very well run. No criticism

I’m an out of shape 50 something mom, and had a lot of fun with my 16 and 18 year olds on this trip. It’s a short muddy hike to the river and waterfallls; the water is crystal clear. Some of the climbing was a tad challenging for me but our guide was super helpful and it was no problem. There is an option not to climb and slide down the waterfall. The waterfall slide was awesome, and there are height options for the cliff jump: 20, 15, 5 feet. Then we experienced the rope swing. We learned a little bit about the plants in the rainforest and how the Taino used them. Being the first group in was great, we got to experience all of this before it got crowded. We wore sneakers with good tread and socks and were comfortable and had an easier time on the rough rock terrain. We loved the experience and highly recommend.

The entire experience was really awesome! The early rise was a bit tough but I am so grateful that Julio was able to get us there early so we could beat the other tour group crowds and were able to enjoy the scenery. The hike was short but still challenging enough to feel like a fun workout.
