Hana Highway - Road to Hana
64 miles of the most scenic coastal tour in the world. With 640 turns and curves, 59 single lane bridges made from concrete and steel which was built in early 1900's make this journey more adventurous.

Cruise Ships or Hotels: If your ship is arriving on to Kahului Harbor or you are near Kahului town, then this tour is perfect for you.
Duration: 8 hours: Tour is designed to fit all guests needs. Such as, guaranteed to have you back to your ship for your departure.
Lunch, water, chips, included: if you are coming off of a Cruise Ship, you have plenty of time for you to have breakfast on the ship or your accommodation.
Meet at Burger King Parking : From the Kahului Harbor:
1. Come out to the main Road
2. Cross the signal Light
3. Go to your right approximately 100 yards

5.00Our family of 5 (including two teenagers and a 4 year old in a car seat) went on the Road to Hana tour with our tour guide Marty on 10/26/25. We truly enjoyed every minute of the experience. My husband and I had previously visited Maui in 2021 and had attempted the Road to Hana on our own in a rental car (just us as a couple, no kids, no tour guide... we didn't make it far before we turned around back to the resort) and we booked this experience through Tripadvisor as we thought it would be more enjoyable if we weren't driving ourselves and had a guide. We were not disappointed! All 5 of us had a great time, and we enjoyed Marty's insight into local foods, traditions and culture. The Road to Hana was breathtaking and we are so glad we made it part of our Hawaii vacation. At one of the stops, Marty made it a point to safely guide our family to a swimming spot under a waterfall and took pictures that included all 5 of us together, which we will always treasure.

5.00We did a small group tour to Hana which was an all day trip with pick up and drop off along with breakfast and lunch. Sean was our tour guide/driver. He communicated very well on what to expect and he was personable and funny. He also gave us tips for taking photos since some were driving by. He would notify you to get cameras ready and when to start recording and explained the route very well. We did wish we could have more time at the beach but it's understandable with the time it takes to get there and back but it allowed us to experience the Road to Hana safely with an experienced driver and learn the history of Hana which we would probably not have discovered on our own. I recommend this tour if it's your first time and want an introduction of the journey to Hana and don't mind the time limit at stops. The itinerary is laid out in detail on their page.
