Jogyesa Temple
Jogyesa Buddhist Temple is the center of Zen Buddhism in Korea, and is famous for being located in the city. From the busy streets of Jongno, follow the road towards Anguk Subway Station, and you will see Jogyesa Temple. The first things you will notice at the temple are the lovely trees. These locust trees and baeksong trees in front of the Daeungjeon, the main temple building, are about 500 years old.
Gwanghwamun Gate
Keep your camera handy for the changing of the guard ceremony at Gwanghwamun Gate.

Tour covers some of the major sites in Seoul but with limited time in a couple of places (National Folk Museum and Insadong St) where it would have been nice to have a little more time. We could have done without the time in Namdaemun Market and just done it on our own- like a big, busy flea market. Our guide Junie, was very helpful in providing additional recommendations of places to see and dine at. Also always offered to take pictures for us.

This was a good trip to ease into your first ever experience in Seoul and the best way to start that is with some historical background and the beautiful palaces during the Joseon era. Ms Soukhee was amazing and her anecdotes were enjoyable insights into Korean social conditions many years ago. It was a great trip and she is informative.

Great tour. Junie did a great job explaining the history of all the palaces, and Korea. She also did a great job keeping everyone organized, and gave us enough time to see things on our own. I loved the tour and recommend!

Very satisfied with the Small Group Royal Palace and Seoul City tour. Mr. Young was our tour guide and he made it a very informative and interactive day. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Korea while visiting many Palaces and Temples. It was my first time in Seoul, and I am so glad I took this tour!

Nice to be driven around rather than navigating ourselves. Junie was very sweet. Could have done without Ginseng tour.
