Take a day trip from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park, described as the crown jewel of the country's many splendid national parks. You will be guided on a coach tour to highlights such as Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls, with a stop for a 1-mile (1.6-km) walk into a grove of giant sequoias*.
Our vans only take 15 passengers, so we are able to stop at more places with less time for loading and unloading of passengers.
*weather permitting, and the hike is not recommended for people with health issues
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Service animals allowed
Public transportation options are available nearby
Specialized infant seats are available
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Children must be accompanied by an adult
Car seat required for children 8 years old and under; not provided
The trip is accessible for most of the tour. However, at the end of the day, we go on a hike to see the giant sequoias. This is NOT advised for people with back, heart or knee problems. It is also not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, this is only way to see the sequoias.
There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions.

It was very adventurous due to snow in Yosemite, but our guide, Peter, was still able to show us many highlights. He was a very knowledgeable and very helpful guide.

I recently took a tour with Best Bay Area Tours to Yosemite National Park and it was truly an amazing experience. Kurt Hillbrand went above and beyond as both our chauffeur and guide. He didn’t just provide a great tour but also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable, sharing insightful information along the way, and he handled both highways and the curvy mountain roads in Yosemite with confidence and skill. He was punctual at every stop and kept the day running smoothly. I highly recommend this tour to all future travelers looking for a memorable and well-organized experience. Best Tour Ever!

Steven was a great tour guide. Informative and funny, despite the "Dad" jokes. Beautiful weather and plenty of time to sightsee. You can bring your own food and/or purchase some, which is nice for snacking too throughout the day. They do have crampons available if it is a slippery day.

Hands down this is a must! Steve with the Best area Bay Tours was very knowledgeable in all the best spots on Yosemite. I traveled in February from Michigan and did not expect to see over 6 ft of snow in the park. With that much snow we did not get to see the Sequia trees but the trip is still worth it. Make sure to take your phone charger for the trip you will need it for all the pictures you're going to take. If traveling here in winter have a couple light layers and good traction shoes.

I just submitted a review for the Sequoia but forgot to mention a special shout out for the lodge manager, Parth Tantry, who was delightful and went above and beyond in assisting us and putting our stay at the Sequoia over the top. Thank you Parth

If you have to choose a tour to go to Yosemite, I highly recommend Best Bay Area Tours. It's a very complete tour where we saw Yosemite Park in the morning and the Sequoias in the afternoon. I would highlight the small size of the group. The transport to the park, about 3 hours, was quite enjoyable, where we watched documentaries, films, and talked to the guide about the park so that we were prepared for what we were going to see. Thank you Trevor and the other participants for an excellent day!

Small group tour. Nice comfy van seating about 15 people. Knowledgeable guide who interacted well with everyone. One concern: there were 5 of 7 young persons on board. Beer was allowed to be consumed, which left us very uncomfortable. Two passengers were consistently loud and obnoxious.
