Great for beginners. The team were friendly and a good laugh. Paradise may have been more scenic. I preferred Canopy Tours in Rotorua. Zip Trek is great if you've already paid to go up the Gondola but the Gondola fee and parking costs alone don't justify doing the ziplines on their own.

Amazing experience but there was absolutely no clarity on how to reach at the meeting point. We had to spend $180 at the spot to reach at the top (or you have to walk 1hr through the tracking lane)

My grandson (age 16) and I had a great time, thanks to our friendly guides Adam and Zander. The zip line is much scarier in advance than when you actually ride it. You are suspended in a harness just below a steel wire (the line) and you zip along from one tree-platform to another. Adam and Zander were very safety-conscious and were careful to keep us safe and secure throughout the ride.

This was a fantastic experience. Our guides Jamie, Zander and Rhys were great…Rhys especially hilarious. Information delivered about NZ during the zip line was also very interesting. We would do this again in a heartbeat.
