What To Expect
Your fun filled adventure is from 9am to 3pm. USVI National Park in St. John is one of three snorkeling sites on this tour. While Maho Bay, Honeymoon Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Leinster Bay and Waterlemon Cay are all excellent snorkeling spots, their inclusion in tours is not guaranteed and can vary based on the specific tour and daily conditions. A continental breakfast is served while enjoying the island breezes as you make your way to the first designated snorkeling site. The Captain will share with you interesting things about St. John and surrounding islands. Upon concluding the 1st snorkel experience a delicious buffet lunch/dessert awaits you along with an open bar while on the ocean. After, you will make our way to the third snorkeling site for more water adventure. Sit back and relax with a drink in hand and enjoy the majestic ocean views on your way back to land.

Giant turtles and rays!

5.00We met CaptainJeff and his crew at Margaritaville in the morning, then headed to St. John for some great snorkeling. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but for the others, Christian and Nick were very organized, giving everyone their gear before getting on the boat. Cap'n Jeff gave clear instructions, so even if you're a beginner, no worries. We had to wear inflatable life vests, but didn't have to blow them up, so we chose not to. Went to 3 locations to snorkel. First was ok, but still saw a turtle. The last 2 sites were great. Super clear water, lots of fish, corals, turtles and rays. Huge turtles, too! They served fruit and muffins in the morning, then a delicious lunch of either ham or turkey build-your-own sandwich, awesome shrimp, fruit, salad, and chocolate brownies. Lots of food, no one went hungry. Then out came the pitchers of painkillers! Nick and Christian were great- no one ever ran dry. Later they offered any type of drink you wanted, plus ice-cold beer. We've been on many snorkeling trips throughout the Caribbean, and this was our favorite. Comfortable boat, even with a full load. It was very windy, but the boat ride was smooth and we found calm waters to snorkel in. Fun trip! Then back to Margaritaville, where we hung out at the pool and had dinner. Great day!

5.00My family of five (including some moody teenagers) really enjoyed this trip, which is so far the highlight of our vacation. Convenient pickup at Sapphire Marina. Captain D’Haden and First Mate Sam were awesome and fun. D’Haden gave cool history and background to snorkeling spots and while motoring. Snorkeling locations were amazing and we notched a lot of bucket list animals. The food was good and drinks were flowing. Highly recommend this excursion. D’Haden sorry if I misspell your name) and Sam, thanks again. We even enjoyed the corny jokes!

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Zero Flexibility During Travel Disruption

1.00Extremely disappointing customer service experience. Due to a documented airline disruption, we contacted both Viator and the operator multiple times before the scheduled tour to request that the booking be moved to another available day during our stay. We were flexible with dates and genuinely tried our best to take the tour, rather than cancel completely. The most frustrating part was the customer service from the operator over the phone. The lady we spoke with was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in helping or even understanding the situation. We were repeatedly told to “just send an email,” and no effort was made to provide any meaningful assistance, accommodation, or alternative option despite multiple polite requests. We understand cancellation policies exist, but the complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help customers facing unavoidable travel disruptions left a very poor impression.

5.00The Captain and crew were very nice. It was important to them that their guests had a good time and stayed safe. We had a wonderful time on the boat. The snorkeling was amazing. The water was a comfortable temperature, there was plenty to see at each stop, and the snorkeling gear was a good quality. Spending the day swimming either the turtles as the favorite day of my vacation.

5.00This was a fantastic excursion overall. We stayed at Margaritaville which was one of the pickup locations for the tour, so it was very convenient. Captain D’haden, Sam, and Christian made the experience fun and enjoyable. Drinks were refilled often, the meals provided were great, and everyone’s safety and enjoyment was prioritized. All necessary equipment and instruction was provided along with food and unlimited drink, making this experience a great value for the price as well. Would definitely book another excursion here without hesitation.

5.00The captain and Nick were amazing! They took their time to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. The morning breakfast was light and tasty, lunch was great with sandwiches and shrimp, and the afternoon fruit was a great We snorkled at 3 locations. We saw large and small turtles, manta rays, starfish and many different fish. The crew made the trip extra special. Thank you for the great time!
