Are you looking to explore the gorgeous reefs of the Florida Keys? Are you also looking to go out on a snorkeler friendly boat? Then you've the found the tour for you! On our snorkel-only trips we head out on our 2022 51' catamaran, the Calypso, to the beautiful John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and snorkel two different reefs for 45 minutes at each site. The reefs we visit are no deeper than 25 feet, and the same reefs come up to as shallow as 5-10 feet from the surface in some parts making it perfect for snorkelers - both kids and adults. We visit some of the most popular sites including Christ of the Abyss, Horseshoe Reef, Grecian Rocks, Banana Reef and more daily (weather conditions and mooring space permitting at the dive sites).
Refreshments, chip bags, reef safe sunscreen and ALL equipment are included!

Children under age of 5 years old not allowed on board boat as passengers or snorkelers due to insurance restrictions.
All persons participating in snorkeling must be able to swim. Non-swimming persons will be allowed on the boat as a passenger with purchase of the snorkel ticket but will not be allowed to get in the water.
FULL FACE SNORKEL MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Additionally, drones, sea scooters, and weight belts are NOT allowed.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages not permitted prior to or during the tour.
The property and tour boats are non smoking areas.
All persons participating in snorkeling must be able to climb ladder to come back on board vessel after snorkeling.

What To Expect
Welcome to the beautiful underwater world of Key Largo, Florida! We will take you to two gorgeous reef sites to snorkel and provide complimentary chip bags, soda, water, snorkeling equipment and reef safe sunscreen. - Prior to arrival: Complete your boat waivers, gather your swimsuit and towel, and get excited! - Arrival: Check-In begins at 8:15 AM, 11:15 AM, or 2:15 PM. Come say hi at our check-in boutique after parking - Boarding: Board the boat at 8:30 AM, 11:30 AM, or 2:30 PM. Settle in and get ready to enjoy some Caribbean AC - Enjoy a 20-25 minute boat ride out to your first site - Spend 45 minutes snorkeling one of our beautiful coral reefs - Travel to a new location - Hop in to explore a second site for 45 minutes - Sit back and relax as we take you back to the dock for your 11:15 AM, 2:15 PM, or 5:15 PM return time. - Get rinsed off in our freshwater showers and browse our brand new gift shop, or ask any of our Silent World Crew for restaurant recommendations! We hope to see you back soon. *You must be at least 5 years old, able to swim without assistance in water too deep to stand, and able to jump off the boat and come back up the swim ladder with minimal assistance.

5.00Had a great time with Silent World! They were so professional and helpful. We booked the two tank shallow dive and snorkel for my mom who doesn't dive and the crew was so nice and helped my mom while we were down underwater. They took us to the Christ of the Abyss statue which was beautiful. Highly recommend them!!

5.00What an amazing experience! The 2 site snorkeling excursion was incredible! My wife and I did this while on our anniversary and it was the best part of our trip. The sunken statue was very unique to see, but the first site was the best. Low depth of water, tons of coral clusters and schools of fish everywhere. The crew was helpful, knowledgeable about all the equipment and kept us feeling safe the whole time. I cannot recommend this trip enough!

5.00We did a family snorkel trip with our kids through Silent World. Very well organized experience and very safe operation. Everything from check-in to gear issue to boarding to snorkeling was very well organized and efficient. Very much appreciated a thorough safety briefing and management of the snorkelers at the sites of Christ in the Abyss and Horseshoe Reef. Seas were a bit high so the kids didn't enjoy the salt water but otherwise it was a good experience.

5.00Because of windy conditions we had to wait a week to go on this tour and it did not disappoint. Aaron and Jolisa were fun and knowledgeable guides. The boat was full but not overcrowded and the cost of the trip was worth the experience of seeing the Christ of the Abyss and all the beautiful fish and coral. We saw manatees in the canal before even leaving the dock 😎

5.00Wonderful experience on this tour. The guides genuinely cared that everyone had a great experience. The guides, Aaron and Jolisa, were playful, funny, and attentive. Jolisa was absolutely adorable and helpful. Both of them were professional while being relaxed. During the first stop, where the Christ statue is, I got stung in the water by a Portuguese Man-O-War, which was random and the price you might pay to swim in the beautiful ocean. No one else on the boat was stung, and there were more than 2 dozen people onboard. The stinging sensation lasted about 30 min, but Jolisa was quick to help me by scraping off the tentacles from my arm and neck with a credit card and providing a spray bottle with vinegar to neutralize the pain. The tentacles looked like a thin blue thread, almost like a cobweb. If I had worn a rash guard over my bathing suit, it would have protected me since these creatures tend to float on the surface. By the time we reached the second reef to snorkel, the pain turned into mild discomfort and didn't stop me from snorkling again. Wish we had more time in the Keys because I would take this tour again in a hot minute. Aaron told funny Dad jokes, and Jolisa shared good recommendations of where to eat in Fort Lauderdale. There are lots of snorkling tour companies to choose from, but I highly recommended this place.
