Absolutely fantastic experience! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento. Vittoria & her mom were an incredible hosts, so knowledgeable and friendly welcoming us into their home. Our class only had 4 people on which made the entire experience so much more special! The food was fantastic and so simple to make with Vittorias instructions. For what we received (service & food/drinks) the experience was well worth the money!

My wife and I attended the pasta and tiramisu cooking class last night. We had an overall amazing experience. Victoria picked us up in downtown Sorrento and drove us to her family’s villa, in a stunning location complete with olive trees and lemon trees, and overlooking a breathtaking view of the bay. Vittoria led us through the step-by-step process of cooking fresh fettuccine and ravioli pasta as well as homemade tiramisu. It was the first time my wife or I had ever cooked any of these items and it was completely enjoyable from start to finish . Then we got to enjoy eating the results of our labor, paired with wine from Vittoria’s family’s vineyard. And since it was such a small group - only four people in all - it was a perfect intimate Italian experience, the highlight of our week in Italy. Would strongly recommend.

This was an absolutely must do!! A highlight of our italian sorrento adventure. Right away we were greeted with a glass of champagne and taught to make tagliatelle and ravioli. It was a charming experience and would highly recommend if you’re interested in a small group cooking class!

We had a FANTASTIC time at this cooking class! Everything felt extremely authentic, they picked us up and dropped us off, the hosts were SO much fun, the supper and class was incredible, we got to watch the sunset and there was bubbly when we arrived. Vittoria was hilarious, inviting, educational and an all around great person. So much so that we felt like friends when we left, we even hugged! We are SO happy we booked this class and it’s so cool that the food you make is paired with the wine ALSO made from their family vineyard, the olive oil is made from the trees right in her yard from her friend who was also there to help and take photos. There was music playing the whole time and the setting was intimate but you’re also in an outdoor kitchen, it’s just so cool. You also go home with the recipes you created that night and a certificate! Overall, incredible experience. Do not miss out on this one!!

We loved this experience! Vittoria picked us up from our hotel, drove us to her family’s charming villa, and made us feel so welcome. Learning her family’s recipes in the original outdoor cooking space that she herself learned from her grandma made the experience that much more authentic and lovely. Vittoria is a treasure, patient teacher & a joy to visit with. I especially appreciated how her helper, Rafaella, took the time to photograph our process of learning so that we will have these memories to look back on. The bonus was wine pairings as the sun set from Vittoria’s mother’s vineyard, and being able to meet & visit with her. I cant rate this cooking class high enough. We highly recommend Casa Fiorita.

This was such an amazing class! First off, the location was stunning. It took place at a gorgeous Mediterranean style home set on a property with several olive, lemon, and orange trees. Our hosts greeted us with water, prosecco, and cheese and showed us around the property. The class was intimate and we learned so much. We learned how to make tiramisu, ravioli, and fettuccine. When eating our meal, our host paired each item with a specific wine and explained the reasoning behind each. It was awesome learning from a sommelier. The meal was delicious!! Overall, it was an incredible experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting an intimate pasta making experience!

I joined a cooking class with friends for fresh pasta fittine and ravioli and tiramisu. We were the only participants. There are so many olive trees, vegetables and plants in Victoria's very lovely grounds, and it was very soothing to see the sea and sky in the Sorrento. We cooked and dined in such a natural setting and had wine pairings. If you want to learn how to make authentic pasta in the nature of the Sorrento, or if you like pasta and wine, this is the place for you.

Our group had an incredible time with Vittoria and her mother. The property, cooking class, food, and wine pairings were all outstanding. It was clear that they put significant care and thought into this program. It will absolutely be one of the most memorable experiences on our trip to Italy. Thank you again for a magical evening!!

Absolutely one of the best experiences we had in Italy. Vittoria and her mother were so welcoming and lovely from start to finish. The property is absolutely stunning with an amazing view. The food was so good and it was so fun learning to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. Vittoria very carefully thought out the wine pairings with each meal and it was all delicious. Highly highly recommend!

This was an experience that’s genuinely unforgettable! The cooking class and wine pairing by the sea was absolutely fantastic and, quite honestly, not to be missed. From the moment we arrived, the setting set the tone—stunning scenery, a spectacular coastal backdrop, and an intimate atmosphere made the whole experience feel very special. Vittoria, the host and chef, was the heart of it all. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, had a perfect balance between professional and personal. She made us feel at ease while sharing her expertise, and her recipes were easily some of the best-tasting dishes we had during our time in Italy—authentic, fresh, and full of flavour. My husband doesn't cook but he’s now wanting to buy a pasta maker! The wine pairing elevated everything even further, thoughtfully curated and perfectly matched to each dish. Combined with the sea views and relaxed pace, it created a truly immersive and memorable experience. If you’re anywhere near Sorrento, this is one of those rare activities that lives up to—and exceeds—the hype.
