5.00I have been visiting the sound healing center for about two years now and Amy has changed my life! The space is so thoughtfully curated & intimate and the experience is unforgettable. Every sound bath I have a different experience but I always leave with whatever I needed to gain. I recommend everybody try a sound bath at least once!

5.00I love the Sound Healing Center of Lexington. I make it a regular practice to attend a Sunday night reset to prepare for the week. The experience os sitting in the room while Amy plays the bowls, drum, rain drum, and crystal chimes is just what my system needs! The room is special, I love the hammock chairs, and it is wonderful for rest & relaxation. Amy's fees are very affordable and the length of the sound bath is perfect. I have also attended special events there like full moon sound baths or rituals and LOVE them too. The center accept the right amount of people, its not ever been too crowded.
Relaxation to the max. Felt like I had slept for hours!

5.00I walked in curious, walked out melted butter. The space itself? Immaculate vibes. Like stepping into a secret portal where stress isn’t invited and your nervous system finally unclenches. The sounds didn’t just relax me—they rearranged my molecules. I floated home and proceeded to have the deepest, most luxurious sleep I’ve had in literal years. The kind where you wake up confused about what dimension you’re in. 10/10, nervous system reset. 10/10, accidental astral travel. 10/10, will absolutely be back to marinate in the frequencies again. Highly recommend if you’d like to temporarily stop being a person with responsibilities and become a peaceful, glowing orb instead.

5.00I was in town in Lexington for a quick weekend. This activity popped up as a suggestion on Expedia. I took advantage and went on a Saturday (special full moon) sound bath. I went, and it was the most relaxing and incredible experience. I loved everything about it. I loved it so much, I took my 17-year-old son with me the following evening. We both had a fantastic experience. We both agreed that if we lived in Lex, it would be a great activity we'd love to do on a Sunday night to clear the stress and prepare us for a new week. If you're thinking this might be fun, pull the trigger and go! You won't regret it.
