Unlike standard coach or bus services, we collect you directly from your designated cruise terminal or hotel in Southampton and drop you off at your hotel or address in Central London. There are no fixed stops or public terminals to navigate.
Depending on the number of passengers booked on the same route, the vehicle may be used exclusively by your group or shared with one or two additional groups, with a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle at all times. On quieter days, when no other passengers are travelling on the same route, your transfer will operate as a private service at no extra cost, and you will be informed of this in advance.

Depending on demand, there may be additional stops in Southampton or near your pick-up location to collect other guests. Depending on the total number of passengers booked on the same route on the day of your journey, the vehicle may be used exclusively by your group or shared with one or two additional groups — with a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle at all times. If no other passengers are travelling on the same route that day, your transfer will operate as a private service at no extra cost, and you will be notified of this upgrade in advance. Shared transfers are an excellent choice for travellers seeking a cost-effective option, while still enjoying comfortable and reliable door-to-door service. Service Coverage This service is valid one-way between Southampton Cruise Port and Central London. Our standard drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing. Luggage Allowance Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Each passenger is allowed one large or medium suitcase, one carry-on suitcase, and one personal item such as a backpack or handbag. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, and foldable or non-foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request. 4.00Our original driver had to be replaced last minute, but that was handled very efficiently. The new driver wasnt someone I would want to ride with again...he drove too fast in crowded areas, then he was going to make us get out and walk to find our hotel with all of our luggage because he couldnt figure out where the hotel was. I had to look it up on google maps and direct him.

3.00I had arranged a personal car and driver to pick us (2 people) from South Hampton cruise terminal and take us directly to our hotel in London. Our driver, Natalia Cristina was great but she was also driving someone to Heathrow first, which delayed us but more than 1 hour. That was not the private ride we requested and it caused us some inconvenience for our plans of the afternoon.

4.00The amount of money my husband and I spent on this transfer we should not jave had to share it with other people. Because the vehicle had seats facing each other and the other passengers got all the seats facing forward, I had to sit backwards facing. This causes me to get carsick. I had to sit sideways all the way to London from Sputhampton. Plus no AC was on in the car. Driver was nice but didn't communicate with us to tell us if we were close or who would be dropped off first. That would help us to be prepared. Just so costly to have had to share the ride.

Prior to meeting her and she had reached out the day before and introduced herself to us. She assisted us with our luggage and was very pleasant on the drive to London. We enjoyed Natalia.

1.00Be very careful how you book. I booked a shuttle for up to 6 people They charged me about the same as a private even though there were 4 passengers. Also had to wait over 1 hour and 1/2 for them. Viator said they would only wait 20 minutes after their given pickup time. My driver waited 45 minutes.
