Our kitchen is located in a historic building: a 16th century flour windmill in the heart of Palma de Mallorca which we have brought back to life.

At MOLTAK we celebrate life as reflected in the kitchen. Where the main ingredients are the stories shared as we linger around the stove, appetisers in hand, and set simple tables. Moments that create sparks, that matter, all cooked together with love and a touch of adventure.

Because there has always been a lot of life in the kitchen. A lot of all things good. A lot of joy, a lot to cheer, a lot of flavour, and a lot of laughter. And all that, is what we want to share with you

We love sharing our knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island.  Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our hosts. After the cooking session, we will eat together enjoying the best atmosphere and nice wine.

“The most exciting ingredients at our table, are always your stories”.

"Save the best for last" totally applies to this cooking class! We booked this for our LAST day on our Mallorcan vacation, and we are SO HAPPY we did. This class was the perfect way to end our vaction. We had SO MUCH FUN and met so many wonderful people. From the moment we walked in, Ricardo greeted us and welcomed us into the amazing 'home' which was so gorgeous and had such awesome vibes. We immediately got to work learning about the history of the foods we were making and taking turns preparing our desserts, appetizers, and entrees. Ricardo was THE BEST host/teacher/guide/chef and we couldn't have asked for a better person to during this time. He was SO knowledgeable about the foods we were preparing, Mallorca history, and anything else we talked about - our entire group had a great time together - I came with my sister and father, but there were about 4 other families/couples there and by the end of the night, we were all best friends! The food was amazing and ALL plates were scraped clean. I recommend this experience to ANYONE visiting Mallorca, and although I am sure that all Moltok employees are wonderful, try to meet Ricardo if you can!! P.S. - There were a variety of food allergies/dietary restrictions among our class, and Ricardo accommodated ALL with ease!! THANK YOU for that!!

I highly recommend this cooking class. Our instructor was very friendly, with excellent English (there were five of us in the class who all spoke English). We enjoyed bread, cheese, peppers, wine and other goodies while cooking a Spanish omelette, paella and dessert. It was relaxing, fun and after a couple of hours we had a delicious meal. The windmill setting is lovely.

We really enjoyed our cooking class! Chef Vanesa was great! The dishes we prepared were all really good. We loved cooking in a 14th century windmill! Beautiful kitchen.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. My husband and I were traveling by cruise ship, and wanted something different than the traditional excursions. I booked thru Viator, which was so easy. We actually walked from the cruise terminal. It was a bit of a hike, about 2 miles that took 40 minutes, but we enjoyed seeing the areas along the way. The Winmill Kitchen is in a beautiful historic restored windmill. It was adorable. The instructor, Vivienne, was charming, knowledgeable, funny and simply the best. We did an afternoon class, which was less booked - so we basically had a private session. We met the nice owners as well. The class was about 3 hours. We totally enjoyed the instructions, preparations and consumption 😊. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Palma de Mallorca.

Our cooking class in Palma with Laura was an absolute highlight! Held inside a charming old windmill, the setting was as memorable as the experience itself. Laura did an exceptional job bringing our group together—strangers quickly felt like friends. We learned to prepare classic dishes of Spain, using traditional techniques and fresh local ingredients. Add in generous pours of wine and beer, and it was the perfect blend of culture, flavor, and fun!
