3.00The tour was quite good. The birds were few but very nice. Starfish Beach was lovely with many large starfish. We bought lunch and it delicious. However the tour company, Etreker Travel, would only sell me tickets for 4 people, I only wanted 2 tickets. So I paid about $120 per person while the person beside me in the boat paid $30. This company should not be allowed on the Viator website. The name of the tour provider, Gambit Tours, never appeared any where at the departure point. Very difficult to make the connection. Skip the online purchase and buy our ticket when you arrive. Viator needs to only let up-standing companies on its website. Etreker Travel is not in that group.

1.00Very confusing. Went to the location the day before to get any details we may have needed. No one there could find our name or reservation number. No one knew who Eketer Travel was, which is the company listed as the operator. Only phone number was for the US which we couldn’t call because we were already in Panama. So we had to book through another company. Unfortunately the tour itself was a monsoon, very wet cold boat ride to sit on a wet cold beach. We did see some starfish when we finally snorkeled. They are huge and pretty colors. The fried fish we had on the beach was really good. But overall we did not enjoy ourselves due to the weather and feel the operator who did take us should have canceled.
