5.00I did this very last minute as it came up on my Facebook feed. Really interesting tour on a very sacred mountain. Lot's of folk stories and history about Korean shamanism. We were lucky that it was a very clear night and the views were stunning. There's a short but steep path up part of the mountain, so good footwear is a must. Along the route we stopped at various sacred points. I opted for the shaman visit after, which was a profoundly moving experience. Overall I really recommend this tour and the shaman visit, if you want to experience a different and much older side of Korean culture. Shout out to Ethan, the tour guide who was very knowledgeable, interesting and kind.

5.00Best experience in Seoul to be honest. Ethen is so great, so much passion about the mystic and shamanism. Thanks for taking the time in the cold with us. This place is truly something to feel. Was zero tourists. This wasn’t a joke. Real shamans were there doing the work. Then the visit to a local shaman for a divinination was great. We got useful imputs for our lives. Highly recommended ✨

5.00Absolutely loved this spiritual tour with Ethan. He is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Good energy and great sense of humour, I learnt heaps during the tour not only about shaman history, but also local history - great way to experience Seoul from a different, “non-tourist”y POV. I also booked the shaman reading which was eye opening in many ways and resonated so much with me! Very authentic experience across the board. Highly recommend this tour in Seoul!

5.00I went on the moonlight / historical tour with Ethan and learned about this mystical tour and I had to book it! He was a great tour guide who was funny, kind and had amazing English skills, so I was sure another tour by him would be great. I'll be honest I'm a bit skeptical about mysticism myself, but not only was the tour around the shaman village fascinating and beautiful, the actual shaman reading at the end was scarily accurate -- my heart was pounding and I was laughing from shock. It's really interesting to see how such a modern country still has deep ties to spiritual histories, and Ethan made it a fun adventure. I highly recommend this to all travelers!!

5.00Ethan our guide is really passionate about his subject. His explanations were very complete and illustrated by examples taken in his family life which made the visit very lively. The walking pace was very good because you have to know that Ethan drove us up the mountain. 😉 I recommend this tour which allows you to discover Korean culture differently. In addition the views are very beautiful. Ethan is a person who listens to his customers and is of a warm nature while being very discreet.
