While walking through our Green market, ancient Diocletian's palace and medieval Squares we will visit traditional taverns and pastries to try our best prosciutto, pancetta, cheeses, traditional seafood and meat dishes, handmade pasta, local wines from south Croatia and gelato, of course.
A guide will take you to different traditonal food stops so you can taste typical mediterranean and inland delicacies with local wines and spirits while you are walking along the 1700 year old imperial Diocletian's palace, getting to know all the best of our gastronomy, cultural and historial highlights.
Rest assured, you will find this food & walk tour with all the best of Split and its delights.

Green market-the belly of Split where we will have prosciutto, chesse, traditional bread, soparnik pie (market closed in the afternoon so not included in afternoon tour, foods served in the market will be offered in local taverns in the afternoon option)

5.00Really good tour of Split and Diocletian’s Palace. Dubrovka was very informative about the history, culture and architecture of the area. Starting with some meats and cheese at the market, and learning a little about the market itself, and ending with a wonderful selection of meals in a Konoba, was definitely our kind of tour. Thank you!

5.00Ana our guide took us to 3 restaurants where we enjoyed 3 delicious meals. She shared a lot of information about the history of Split and the ways of making prosciutto and olive oil. Our tour group was small and quaint allowing for conversation with Ana and the group.

5.00We booked this as a way to familiarize ourselves with Split and have interesting food on our first night in Split. It was a very good call because Doris was both a fun and knowledgeable tour guide and took us to multiple restaurants to try different Croatian cuisine and wine. There were six in the group and it was fun and easy to chat about the food and our individual travels. I would highly recommend this tour as a great introduction to Split.
