We start our tour at the Riva, the promenade of Split. Through the Bronze City Gate we enter the basement of the palace. The vaulted cellars are intact and very well preserved after more than 1700 years. Then we move on to the sacral part of the palace, the Perystil and the Cathedral, which was once Diocletian's mausoleum. The pagan temple of Jupiter became a baptistery in the 7th century. We will walk along the Cardo, the former main street of the palace and admire the Golden Gate. Then we will move on through the old town, to the Pjaca and the fruit market. Marvel at the rich offer at the fish market and, if you wish, treat yourself to a coffee or drink at the Procurative Square, where our tour ends.
You will hear many interesting anecdotes and stories about the city and its inhabitants. Immerse yourself in the eventful history of Split. Discover the sights of this city at your leisure and get a lot of background information along the way.

Dinah took us on a wonderfully informative journey through time through the last millennia. In a private tour, she showed us not only the history of the city's origins, but also the hidden beauties of the historic old town. For example, the exposed cellars of the Diocletian's Palace, about which there were some exciting and surprising anecdotes to tell. Many insider tips on great restaurants where typical Croatian food is still served, as well as many tour recommendations for trips in and outside this beautiful city. Dinah impresses with her super nice nature and expertise in history and culture. Easy to recommend!!! Thank you dear Dinah for this great day. We will definitely come back.

Dana was an amazing guide for our tour of Diocletian’s Palace! Her passion for history was contagious, and she shared fascinating insights that brought the palace and surrounding areas to life. She was friendly, easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable — and even took some great photos for us. Highly recommend!

Dinah Roguljić of Laguida.com was a superb guide for my wife's and my 2.5 hour walking tour of Split's old town (both the "old old" town and the "new old" town). Unlike many guides, her discussion seemed fresh - not simply memorized and repeated - and more importantly, she responded thoughtfully to all our questions (and clearly did not mind our interrupting her train of thought). In addition, she is a delightful person. I don't think we could have done better with any other guide.
