We spent 17 wonderful days traveling through Sri Lanka and we owe much of our great experience to our guide and driver Buddhika. From the very beginning, communication with him was excellent. He listened carefully to our wishes and helped us prepare a well-balanced and varied itinerary that truly matched what we were looking for. During the planning phase, Buddhika gave us a selection of hotels to choose from for each location which allowed us to tailor the trip to our preferences and budget. This flexibility was very much appreciated. Throughout the entire journey, Buddhika was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. He guided us with care, and his local knowledge and wide network of contacts made a real difference. Thanks to him, we had access to unique experiences and met trustworthy, kind people along the way. Buddhika was also our driver. The car was spacious and for us it was relaxing that we didn’t have to drive in busy Sri Lanka. We would recommend Buddhika to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka. He is a reliable and honest person who not only prepared our journey thoughtfully but also ensured everything went smoothly while we were there. And all of this at a very fair price. Thank you, Buddhika, for an unforgettable experience!

We booked a tour to get from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. We won`t do the long train ride, so we decided to go by car. A friend of mine had recommended Buddhika as safe driver and we can totally agree. He managed to pick us up and drop of everywhere we wanted. So we had stops at the royal botanical garden, the ambulawawa tower and we visited a teafabric. He also offered us a stop at a local restaurant for lunch, which was very delicious. Also he told us a lot of interesting things during the tour. At the end of the day he drove us to your next accommodation a few kilometers away to Nanu Oya.

In October we did a Day Trips from Kandy to Ambuluwawa & Nuwara Eliya with Buddhika. The tour was amazing, Buddhika not only explained us the history of some places. He also made stops at the places we told him to. He recommended less touristy and good value food places. We adapted the tour to the places we wanted to visit near those places and Buddhika never had a problem with that. He picked us up on time and dropped us off at the hotel.

We had actually only booked a transfer from Kandy to the South. Thanks to Buddhika (the driver) we have seen some beautiful places and sights we would never have seen otherwise. Buddhika explained us a lot about the local flora, fauna, politics etc. So the more than 200km long ride became an interesting, entertaining and varied tour. The car was very clean, the handle confident. We were in the best of hands. We would definitely book here again!

Mr Buddhika is very professional, friendly, reliable and flexible. He is friendly and has good rates. We originally wanted a driver from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya via Ambuluwawa. Then we changed our plan and extended for Horton plains and Ella the next day. I would recommend Buddhika. He is available on whatsapp and can reply regularly as soon as he stops driving. Thank you for your help!

A few years ago we saw mr buddikha at the lake in kandy. He was handing out cards for a taxi.. we called him after having a think and asked him to drive us to ella. He picked us up promptly, drove us through the hills, stopping off at a tea plantation and we arrived at ella several hours later. Mr buddika was a brilliant, safe drive and had lots of knowledge about sri lanka. He made the long, long journey enjoyable. His english was good and his pricr was cheap too. We are thinking of coming back to sri lanka and would not hesitate to get in touch for a taxi!! Vikki and tom
