Experience your first underwater breaths with the amazing aquatic life that Tenerife has to offer. The SSI Open Water Diver Course is a three day course, day one you will complete 5 confined water session in the swimming pool, as well as working on the theory for the course. Days two and three you will complete two Open Water Dives per day from either the boat or shore and finally you will sit a multiple choice exam.

Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
What To Expect
After learning the theory of Scuba Diving we'll go to the swimming pool to practice and perfect the scuba skills you'll need to be able to dive safely. Once done with the pool we'll do four training dives, two one day and two on another day.

5.00I’ve recently completed my SSI open water course with my daughter. Thanks to GooDiving, I’m now hooked on being underwater. My daughter and I did a try dive in June and loved it. Communication with GooDiving and instruction from Andrea was fantastic. I enjoyed the diving so much and was so impressed with the professionalism of GooDiving that my daughter and I returned in September to complete our SSI open water certification. Everybody at GooDiving are super friendly, incredibly patient and really good fun to dive with. I’m looking forward to booking my next trip back to see them all. 5.00This is an excellent dive centre, We are already PADI qualified and we needed a refresher dive. We felt confident going back in the water. Great gear, super qualified dive instructors. WE had a great dive from Golf del sur and saw Rays, Octopus and many more fish species. We love it thank you.

5.00Goodiving was recommended to us by our friends but our experience exceeded even the glowing review they had given us...our two boys (14 and 12) both did their open water and myself and hubby had a refresher...the Goodiving team couldn't have made it more pleasurable (except for maybe finding us an Angel Shark 😉)...we felt completely relaxed with the boys going with them by themselves and the quality of the instruction was fantastic...Thank you!

5.00I made my Open Water Diver License here. My teacher was Orsi and she was very nice, patient and took her time to explain everything thoroughly. I always felt save and well prepared. First priority for Orsi, Roberta and Andrea is the safety and the fun of their customers. You feel that everyone of the team is very passionate about diving and it’s not just a job for them. Would be happy to come back to make my advanced open water diver here. I can heavily recommend GooDiving
