Our guide was knowledgeable and we enjoyed the small group experience. The walking was manageable even with a small child.

I appreciated the upgrade, but then realized that a tip would be appropriate and expected. I was not sure of the tipping amount. Again I appreciated your rearranging my tour to accommodate my need for a small suitcase and a driving tour to reduce my energy because of the heat. Roger did a good job with information and logistics. He was always on time and clear on meeting places. I appreciated those traits, and he included a good variety of places and sites to see. I especially enjoyed the Arch tour.

It is a cultural and entertaining tour,a little bit of history and civil right movemen. A little bit of contrast from both side of the river. The contraction of the Arch is amazing

Our tour guide only took us to the Old Courthouse, the Gateway Arch, the Gateway Arch museum, and the Gateway Boat cruise. We did get see the Basilica of St Louis. We didn’t get see any of the other items that is advertised on this downtown tour. We could have save ourselves money by booking these events ourselves. Our tour guide didn’t really explain much to us. It felt like he was there to just get us from one place to another place.

This review is based on a two time attempt at this tour. I do not blame Viator as a third party vendor rather See-Sight Touring, USA for any issues. Sunday, my wife and I go to 209 Walnut St, across from Basilica at 1130am (Meeting time is 1145-Noon) and our guide Jim, is a no show. We reach out to customer support at Noon, who tracks him down and says he is on the way. He leaves me a voicemail telling us where he is, which is NOT the meeting spot. we search for another 20 minutes, frantically calling and texting him (only getting his voicemail) , finally connect a call at 1220 and he tells us his phone was dying and he gave up and left to head back home. Monday, same place and meeting time, we are now joined by a lovely grandmother and her grandaughter. Another call to customer service at noon, some back and forth when about 1210pm our guide Mark arrives with one more person who was combining tours with a different meeting spot. He takes us into the Basilica, unknowingly is well into Noon Mass. We quickly exit and walk over to the Old Courthouse only to have to read the history of the infamous Drew Scott Case on our own rather than being verbally told. He did refer to notes or Google on his phone often. This four hour $144pp tour was to then to include Busch Stadium, City Hall, National Blues Museum, Magnolia Hotel, Federal Reserve, Civil Courts, Wainwright Building, Sculpture Park, City Garden, with captivating insights at each stop, which ours did not. We were then brought over to Arch, took a ride up while guide ate lunch downstairs, he then walked us over to riverboat and said his goodbyes. We could have easily bought a combo ticket for $55 each and seen more on our own. Unfortunately, we were very dissapointed.
