5.00Chad was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Even with the arch museum and old court house being closed due to the government shut down he still spent time there talking about the history of each. Only thing keeping from being a 5 star was that the riverboat cruise was not included in the time frame of the tour. It was after the tour ended which added another hour
