Tour guide was 30 minutes late. It was advertised as a 2 hour experience but I was told it was going to be 4 hours and we had other things planned. So we took the tickets for the arch and just left. Frustrating and huge waste of money.

Great information about the city. Expect 1:15 from the time you join the tram line until you get back down. Total time was 2.5 hours for our tour.

We did this tour on March 20th in the morning and we both really enjoyed the tour and the information that was shared with us by our tour guide Jim. He shared a lot of interesting information about the city of St Louis and its origins. We wished we had more time to explore.
