What To Expect
Arrival: Your St. Lucia Airport taxi driver will be waiting with a sign and your name clearly written as soon as you exit the airport doors. After a warm exchange of greetings, you will be escorted to the taxi and your luggage loaded. Your driver will then begin the journey to the hotel. Your friendly driver will point out various landmarks along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, your driver will offload your luggage. Departure: Your St. Lucia Airport Taxi driver will arrive at the hotel for the designated time and will load your luggage into the taxi. From there you will begin the drive to the airport. Upon arrival your luggage will be offloaded.

Our amazing 2026 vacation at Sandals Grande St Lucian

5.00As with other Sandals vacations, our 17-day stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucian was fantastic! All personnel associated with the resort, staring with GM Della and HM Winfried, were simply amazing! Immer (Butler Manager), Sue Ann (Butler Supervisor) and our butlers Gemma, Madonna, and Wendy were outstanding! The three ladies surprised us each and every day with bubble baths on our outdoors private balcony tub, decorations in our room (7029), snacks, food, and everything we can think of, and then some. The restaurants and bars offer a variety of delicious meals and drinks, and their personnel are friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Inasmuch as I will name a few, without fail, all of them provided great service and made our vacation truly enjoyable. Peter (Tocanini's Host), Shania, Kirby, Kadian, Teresa, Eva & Brigette (Toscanini's dinner), Sierra, Keinnishia, Sharman, Francene, Natalia, Dabriel, Kenya, Laura, Sammy, Sherina, Sylvania, Sherlyn, Bridgette, Joannie, Shania, Kenneler, & Lydia (Toscanini's breakfast), Peter (Rest Manager), Theresa, Dione, Tamara (Main Lobby Bar), Lisa, Chelsea, Chermika (Oleanders), Emanuel (Bayside), Kershame & Stacy (Soy), Teresa (Gordons), Raul (Food and Beverage Manager), Vicky (Bayside), Elbert (Main Bar), Kemisha & Aniah (Barefoot by the Sea), Solange, Hanna & Denia (Bombay). The housekeeping staff was also outstanding. Thanks to Lisa, Thermos and Omari. Others that come to mind are Jayda & Shundehl (Photo Shop). We were treated to three very relaxing 90-minute spa treatments. Kudos to Minerva, Rachel, Dwayne and Juliana for these! We were there during Welcome Home Week, and all activities planned were very enjoyable! The over-three-hours catamaran cruise was amazing and very entertaining, and it gave us a chance to see and learn more about this beautiful island. In addition, we took part in the Sip and Paint activity, we hiked to Fort Rodney (Pigeon Mountains) twice, went kayaking, and boating in a Hobby Cat, and this was also very enjoyable and amazing. We also enjoyed the evening shows in the main building and the music in the piano bar. My apologies, again, for not writing down all the names, but all employees of this resort, including the groundkeepers who keep this resort looking beautiful, made our vacation very enjoyable. We are also grateful for making so many new good friends, both vacationers like us as well as Sandals staff personnel! We had chance to visit Sandals La Toc, also located in St. Lucia, and went inside one of the rooms we are interested in. We are, indeed, looking forward to returning to this great resort and to Sandals La Toc next year!

5.00Very polite young man, drove carefully and well. Personable, knew about the history and current issues/economy/government of Saint Lucia. Arrived at destination WELL before the resort-provided bus, and in a comfortable car. Very glad we did this.

5.00The butler experience started slow. The lack of communication between the butlers was poor but after discussing this issue with Ms Tricia (Butler Manager), she rectified the situation by apologizing and upgraded our room because of our "bad" experience. She made up for the situation 10x over. I'd say she actually MADE THE VACATION!

5.00My now husband and I got married on November 24, 2023. Just the two of us. The trip was spectacular. The staff is what made it so amazing. Beautiful people. Our wedding planner, Jenna Samuel was the best. She made the wedding so easy and beautiful. Her professionalism is to be noted. She helped curve my nervousness so that I could enjoy the experience. The photography was the best I have ever seen. Emile was our photographer and quite the nice gentleman. He was quick and thorough and had the perfect angles. We love our wedding pictures. The ceremony was followed by a dance, of our choice, and a cake cutting lunch. The lady in charge of the lunch, D'Dra, made it a pleasant experience and followed up helping us through the rest of the trip. Oma, my hair and make up lady was a delight. A wonderful soul. Sharlene Alfred helped us make reservations and served us with a huge smile and wonderful spirit. She is a charm. Francis, one of the pool side servers is quite a fine young gentleman. He was a lot of fun and we looked forward to seeing him daily along with Sharlene. One of the best servers for suppers was Jayda from the Soy restaurant. Her kindness and attitude was so appreciated. She is so much fun. All the servers were amazing. We had a on the beach dinner our wedding night. I wish I could remember the servers name, I apologize for that but she was so pleasant and followed up with us while dining at the Italian restaurant. Pete, one of the bartenders made us his signature drink and was just a delight. We had a couples massage and the ladies were so good. It was a perfect touch to an amazing experience. The ride from the air port to the resort was two hours and quite the experience. We got to a lot of St. Lucia. The drivers, Pius and Victor were outstanding in such a hectic driving environment. I commend them. We would like to thank all of the staff from reception to house keeping for our amazing experience. So clean and beautiful!!

5.00Loved our stay. Daughter had destination wedding. Didn't get cake. They didn't make it known, that it was out. The pool was closed every night but the last Would have loved to enjoy the pool at sunrise. The staff was awesome. Especially, Collington!, lershon, Kacsy, Qwe, Jullius and crew at the Pavillion bar wrre great! David and the entertainment crew. Kareoke was great. Loved the plaque that woodpecker AL, the coconut picker made. The silent headphone party was fun And the fireshow was entertaining. Miss Pat, at the loyalty office was wonderful. Did the kattermeran was fun.( offsite)

5.00The outside resort activities need due diligence. Visit the city and other Sandals resorts. Sandals staff are great in Saint Lucia. Water sports team restaurant team.
