What To Expect
Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist. Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave. On arrival at the George F. L. Charles airport in St. Lucia, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then, George F. L. Charles (SLU) airport, you locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. The rep should have a sign with your name. For Departure, our confirmed customer will be sent pickup time at least 24 hours prior to the day of their departure. Guest should be present in the front desk area at the stated pickup time to meet their drive. If the customer did not receive the notification confirming your return transfer, please contact us via the email or by phone to confirm pickup time. Please note that the airport regulations require that all passengers to check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

5.00Thank you Darcy. Due to an unfortunate accident we needed comfortable transfer from a Clinic to Garden Resort. The shuttle provided by the resort upon airport arrival was an old, dirty beat up van ($90 one way.) A clinic assistant, seeing my pain called Darcy for us. Darcy's car was clean and he took great care going over bumps and pot holes not to jostle us. We then asked him if he would drive us on the return to the airport. He was prompt, fair and honest. Not to mention a great guy. He and my husband had a great conversation and the drive time flew. Imagine! We highly recommend Darcy 1- 758-717-0148.

5.00Our driver was waiting for us at the airport. We were offered cold water and smiling faces. We had a great ride to the hotel with some stops for sightseeing on the way. Fantastic service and friendly drivers. Used them on return as well. Hope to be back soon and will call on Hilary for sure

5.00Easy to book an excellent communication. The vehicle used for transport was fairly new and extremely clean. Our hour and 25 minute ride was enjoyable as our driver pointed out many highlights on the island and provided us with some history. Would highly recommend.

5.00I had a great experience with Hilary. Nassus (sorry if that's spelled wrong!) was my driver both ways and he was prompt and gave an excellent tour of the island. The transfer was over an hour and he drove safely, and we really appreciated the private tour! I talked with customer service because I had a special case of two people pick up and then since we were leaving at different times, private rides back. Everything was sorted easily. They email you a day or two before pickup to verify timing, and it couldn't have been easier. I didn't know about the Fast Pass and would've spent a lot to skip the line had I known! It seems well worth it because the wait at the airport to get COVID tests checked/passports/etc was excruciatingly long.
