  We had to wait 75 minutes for the guide because we had been forgotten. Luckily, other taxi drivers called the guide. The driver was very nice and a good driver. He explained a lot to us and showed everything the tour had planned. We drove his private car. We were traveling alone with the guide, which allowed us enough space in the car and stopped where we wanted to take photos. We got back to the ship on time.

  We made arrangements for a full day of exploration with private transportation. The pick-up was punctual and well coordinated. The service provider was familiar with this location and provided information on the best time spent at each location. Sufficient time was taken at the mud baths and waterfall. The vehicle was suitable after long walking sessions. The overall experience was safe and serene driving on narrow roads.

  The transportation to visit various attractions like the mud baths, as well as waterfalls, was all booked. The timings for pickup were quite accurate. The driver knew exactly how to avoid crowded places by visiting certain places first. There was no sense of being rushed while visiting any of the places. The car remained cool throughout the day. The driver drove quite smoothly. The communication established throughout the day was quite good. This ensured that everything remained perfectly balanced.

  The car was cool and clean all day. Our driver was patient and flexible. We did not feel unsafe on mountain roads and had relaxed stops. It made a visit to waterfalls and viewing points easy and not stressful, without any confusions during the trip.

  Terrance , from Cool Vibes, was our driver, we had a private tour of the island. Managed to get us to mud bath before it got really crowded, then off to the waterfall. We opted not to go to botanical gardens due to a time constraint. There was heavy traffic just outside cruise port due to an accident and road closure. Terrance was happy to answer our questions about St Lucia,he included a stop to try banana mustard,sweet coconut and dried plantains from someone he knew.

  I really liked our transportation for this trip, very reliable, in my opinion. Our driver shared helpful tips for our trip and even waited for us patiently. I really liked his flexibility as we went on our own time and he didn’t push us to meet a schedule or itinerary. Well worth it as we were able to visit waterfalls and other attractions easily and in a very relaxed manner. One of our best vacation so far.

  We booked as a group, for sightseeing on the island and this met our expectations. We got a cool and comfortable vehicle and visited many sites like waterfall, scenic areas and local spots. We never felt we were being rushed to catch up to an itinerary. We took our time. Our time on the island was really enjoyable and memorable partly because of this tour.

  From the start, it was all smoothly handled by our driver who was professional and friendly. He was able to handle the winding narrow roads with ease. We appreciate that the car was clean and with proper air conditioning. We had flexibility with the stops, making it really easy for us to enjoy the sights and take the time to take it in.

  We used a private car for our full day tour. The tour included mud baths and even the waterfall. Our communications before our arrival was very clear and we were even able to confirm our pick-up time. Our driver was very knowledgeable and really knew the best times to avoid crowds. He was also very patient as we explored without having to rush us to our next destination. We had lots of time to do things on our own pace and we even were able to take photos on our own. The service was smooth and quite enjoyable. I would book again next time.
