  Getting to the tour pickup area in St. Maarten is not easy. The EDC lot and white tent is hidden back behind shops & not easy to find. It’s a good 15 min walk from the cruise ship. Better directions need to be given. Gal working for Amigo Tours at the tent was awful - not friendly at all, made us wait in the heat for 10 min instead of letting us get on the A/C bus that was there & waiting. Tour driver was amazing however. Very knowledgeable & funny. He saved the day. Also, our bus had to stop & pick up a couple 30 min into the tour. No problem until the end when they couldn’t remember where they parked get to join us in our driver was gonna drive around randomly looking for it and I had to request that we be taken back to the ship as we had already been gone almost 6 hours. That should not be allowed to happen. They need to book the tour just like the rest of us and get on when the start time happens. That was a waste of all of our time trying to find where they parked.

  This tour was just amazing. Mr. Sexy was great tour guy. We see a lot and he did go beyond and give us extra time.

  Don was absolutely amazing! He was funny but very informative. And he really listened to us - all of the passengers. I had read in previous reviews that this particular tour would cut it close with getting back to the cruise ship on time. So I vocalized my concerns, he allowed all of us passengers to vote on what we wanted, and he followed through. It was such a relief to know that we were heard and understood, and that he respected our decision and wanted us to be comfortable. He also allowed us to vote on going to Maho Beach, but only for 20 minutes to wait for a plane, take pictures, and get back on the bus; which was really nice of him. There was another moment when one of the passengers' sugar got low. Don was immediately open to giving her one of the sodas in his cooler to make sure that she was okay. Within a few minutes she was fine. My parents were with us on the tour and they had been to St. Maarten 3 times before. They were extremely pleased that this was the first time that they had ever been to Oyster Bay and "walked on water". And it was also their first time going to Maho Beach to see the planes fly directly over their heads. They had paid for other excursions before on their previous trips to St. Maarten but none of them include both sides of the island; and none of them allowed them to have these experiences. They couldn't stop raving about this, and neither can I. My only complaint is that it is extremely difficult to find the meeting location - the EDC parking lot - before the tour (as was also noted in previous reviews). I strongly, strongly suggest being ready an hour early so that you have more than enough time to walk around until you find the EDC parking lot. Once you find it, the check-in process is simple and the tour is amazing. Thank you, Viator, for this amazing experience.

  It's a very enjoyable experience but you must be mobile enough to get on and off a bus, to enjoy everything. The guide, Don, was very knowledgeable and personable. He gave us a lot of good information and he made it interesting. He had a good sense of humor. When we made a request of him, he listened to his passengers. That made us feel safe and secure. It was a great excursion!
