Our friendly and experienced staff introduce you to basic paddling techniques and set you up with the necessary SUP skills as well as provide you with all the equipment you need for safe paddle boarding.

What To Expect

Rent a stand up paddle board and paddle the gorgeous waters of Manly’s North Harbour. Take your choice between idling around the moored yachts or exploring further afield. We have a range of boards in our fleet that are suitable for all experience levels. Previous paddling experience is preferred but not required. If you have not SUPped before why not book a lesson with one of our instructors to get the most out of your experience! Our fleet of SUPs has been specifically designed to have great stability in flat waters. All our standard SUPs are soft board construction which means low impact – ideal for first timers!

Great first experience on SUP. I had a one hour lesson, with Craig, and an hour solo. The lesson was very useful and provided me with the basics. The location next to Manly Wharfe was idyllic.

Everyone was so accommodating. I believe the owner checked us in and really went above and beyond in accommodating us. Such a great experience. I highly recommend this company when in Manly Beach.

Had an amazing time paddleboarding around the harbour and surrounding beaches. Dan was really friendly and helpful in describing the area to me and access to secluded beaches where I was the only one there! absolutely brilliant - will be back

Had an amazing day today paddle boarding with friends. Dan was very helpful, showing the best spots in manly. You could tell be loved his job. Easter Sunday I hope they’re getting double time. Highly recommend!
Paddle boarding is a must!

What a super experience. Ella was fabulous. Really professional and clear with her communications. We felt safe at all times and most importantly had great fun. Easy set up, friendly staff, thoroughly recommend ! If you have a few hours free in manly and have never tried it before, we would absolutely advise a lesson with these guys.

Fantastic location right by manly wharf. The staff were we’re all so friendly and helpful. We’ve been here before and will definitely be back. Please repair the outdoor shower for next tome. :)

Had a great paddle over to Quarantine Bay, despite the weather. It started to rain and the onshore breeze picked up right as I started. Luckily, Craig had lent me a wind jacket, so I was very comfortable, and got a great workout. The rain stopped and the wind died down for the return paddle, and got off the water right before the next shower came through. Had a great chat about SUPball. Nice boards, great location

Staff were amazingly helpful! After being unexpectedly stranded alone on my holidays, I had to plan all my activities on the fly- the staff at Manly Kayak Centre were amazing and called their freelance SUP instructors and managed to book me a lesson the next day! I am so grateful for their above and beyond service! My instructor Vikki was also wonderful and friendly and I had the best time! Thank you all around

Always an amazing experience. Beautiful Day, Beautiful Location and the most supportive team. A first time SUP boarder got the coaching needed to feel totally at ease and get out on the water. Love the Manly Kayaks Team

A wonderful day out - we rented 2 SUP boards for 3 hours, the team was extremely friendly and helpful, great boards and the scenery - just gorgeous! We picked up some litter swimming in the water - would be great to incentivise others to do the same, eg by offering a 5% discount or so for the next booking :) Cheers and we look forward to our next experience!
