1.00I have never left a 1 star review but this will be my first . This company has very poor communication skills and ruined the plans we had for the day. They have no way to communicate other than whatsapp and even then we didn’t get a response until 3 hours after. They never confirmed a meet location so we went to the original meeting spot and waited 30 minutes with no show.Viator customer service was also unable to contact them. It is very poorly put together and unprofessional. I have worked with plenty of travel guides and never had this problem. PLEASE I DO NOT RECOMMEND, go with another travel guide

4.00Fun tour. Our guide, Alex, was friendly and gave us options. The only downside was the process to get back to Antigua. There is no system. They were asking for vouchers, which is separate from the viator voucher. We didn't have any other voucher. I'm surprised we made it back to Antigua.
