5.00What an amazing way to start the day! We had the most fun doing Pilates on the Sup, and as complete beginners to the activity, we were guided through with expert instruction and care (thank you!). Can hand on heart recommend as a fab way to start the day (or end the day if you’re lucky enough to do a sunset class!) don’t hesitate to book and give it a go, you’ll have a blast and actually feel like you’ve done some feel good activity on your holiday! 10/10

5.00I had an amazing time doing Stand Up Paddle Pilates in Chania. It was such a fun and unique way to work out while enjoying the sea and the sunset views. Dimitra, our coach, was incredibly welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable—she made everyone feel comfortable and guided us with great energy and expertise. The communication beforehand was excellent, and the whole experience was easy to plan. The location is very convenient, with easy access from the old town of Chania, making it hassle-free to get there. Practising Pilates on the board while watching the sunset was truly unforgettable! A perfect combination of movement, relaxation, and natural beauty. I can’t recommend this enough if you’re visiting Chania. Whether you’re solo (like me) or with friends, it’s an experience you’ll remember.

5.00We attended the course on a sunny July morning! Dimitra is a great instructor with excellent knowledge of the human body. Even though each of us was at a different fitness level, Dimitra managed to bring harmony to the group so that everyone could enjoy the course. We definitely recommend this activity, as it combines sea, sun, and fun with a professional trainer who is very attentive to each member of the group! Thank you, Dimitra, for this exciting session! We will be back! :)
