What To Expect
Stand-up-Paddle Tour, in which you will discover in a unique way the wonders of one of the most beautiful and cleanest rivers in Portugal, the Paiva River. We will cover about 6 km of distance during this tour. We will introduce you to Stand-up-Paddle at the beginning of the tour, accompanying you during the tour so that you can enjoy it in the best way.

5.00This was a brilliant tour and the highlight of our trip to Porto. Henrique was a brilliant guide - really good at explaining things, very knowledgeable about the local area and a genuinely nice person. We were on the tour with a lovely Portugese family and Henrique spent time with everyone ensuring we were all up to speed and confident paddling before we all progressed together down the river. Definitely recommend this tour!

5.00The location is just beautiful and SUPing is basically anything you want it to be. It can be relaxing, challenging and funny! There are enough opportunities to swim or just take a break and float. But the best thing was our guide Henrique who was funny, understanding and helpful in the best way possible. I would and will recommend this tour without a doubt!

5.00Henrique was an awesome guide. We communicated back and forth several times before the outing, as we were trying to find a spot without too much wind. Pickup was prompt, we talked about life in Portugal, and the equipment provided was all in great condition. Once on the river, he pointed out wildlife and told me more about Portugal. 10/10 would recommend.

5.005 Star experience. Henrique calmly led the trip and had great knowledge of the history and culture of the region. He went out of his way to satisfy our particular requests regarding pick up and drop off. Communication prompt and precise!

5.00Henrique was an amazing guide! Had a lot of fun and even though we had to reschedule for saftey reasons, we definitely appreciated that a lot because he thought about our saftey. Would definitely recommend going on this tour :) he was a great instructor!

5.00We had such a fun trip, one of the highlights of our trip to Porto. Henrique was a great tour guide, not just teaching us how to paddleboard but also giving us some great recommendations for where to eat and what to do while in Porto. Even helping us out with some Portuguese vocal and pronunciation! We really appreciated it and he was just good fun to hang out with. Plus, the Paiva is a beautiful, gentle spot to paddleboard, the drive out showed us some more of the scenery and we got some girgeous photos from our trip. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Porto!

5.00I’m really glad I found this tour during my stay in Porto. I ended up being the only one on the tour. Which was really great, as then the tour guide, Henrique, allowed me to set the pace for how fast or slow to go. The Paiva River is the perfect river for paddle boarding, it was calm and quiet in the morning. And the surrounding scenery was beautiful. If you want to get out of the busy city of Porto and get on the water this tour is the one to take.
