I learned a lot and really appreciated Leannes passion and knowledge-she clearly loves her city and sharing it! I just wish the tour stayed focused ob the history and experience rather than bringing gin her personal political comments. overall, a great tour and I'd definitely recommend it1 But, I would have ubered from Pier to 9/11 Museum.

From the meetup to the finish, everything was efficient and easy. Leanne was a fun person to be around and easy to listen to as she regaled us with New York history. Be aware that there is a long walk at the end if you choose the 9/11 Memorial Highly recommend for first time visitors.

Absolutely amazing. Our tour guide was the friendliest, kindest, and most patient guide I've encountered. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure everything was explained throughly. My daughter and I appreciated her very much.

The guide was very poor quality. Not very professional. She got us to the Statue of Liberty and told us to meet her back at the meeting point in one hour. We arrived back at the meeting point 10 minutes early, along with most of the group, and the guide never showed up. We skipped Ellis Island and just went back to NYC. We had the 9/11 Memorial Museum included in our package. Could not get into the 9/11 Memorial as the guide was supposed to have our tickets or vouchers. Never received any vouchers for the memorial to our email. We paid again, to get admission to the Memorial. I would like a refund for our viator tour. Absolutely worst tour we have ever been on.

Our guide Nina was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. We enjoy those types of tours. It was seamless and she guided us through each area. The Twin towers area was a somber and beautiful tribute to those lost.
