4.00Nina was a terrific guide but the organisation of the tour was very confusing. Different groups were breaking off into separate areas and it was difficult to work out who was with us throughout the day. We learnt a lot and Nina was well informed and interesting to listen to. We didn’t have enough time on either island to see the essential sights.

5.00We loved Nina!!! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and knew all the small details that made our tour a success. She was a great storyteller and communicated well with details of how to get the most out of our short time together. We did the Ellis island, liberty island, 9/11 memorial and the museum. We highly recommend all of it. Budget for an entire day at the museum because it is massive. We could have spent hours on end there. We glossed over a lot of things and still spent 1.5 hours in th museum after a long day of walking on the tour. We both agreed if you want to see all these New York staples, this is the best way to do it… and ask for Nina!

1.00We arrived at the appointed spot 12 minutes before the start. There was non one with a yellow uniform. No one said anything to us until the tour guide took us across the street. As we introduced ourselves she said we needed a red wristband. I showed her the voucher but she rudely said that must be another tour. Extremely rude woman. She said to go see the man. What man? When we went back across the street the "man" was gone. So was the tour without us. I have requested a refund. Had the "man" said anything to us when he saw us arrive it would have been appreciated. Again I repeat the tour guide was rude and dismissive and had no concern about us at all.
We did not get an Informative guided tour.

2.00Do not use this company if you want an informative guided tour. Our Tour Guide was efficient in getting us in and around, and he told us about himself, and his life, and talked about buildings in lower manhattan, near the ferry. However, during the actual “Tour” , he told us absolutely Nothing about the Statue of Liberty, its history, significance, etc. And for Ellis Island, he also gave us no information about the site. I paid extra for. A guided Tour, I wrote to the company, and they did not respond. I called them days later, and they’re often lines kept courting me off. Eventually, I had to go through Viator, to get a solution, and received very small partial refund for what we did not get on this trip.

5.00This tour was a fantastic, up close view of Liberty Island, Ellis Island and WTC. The walking tour guide (Leann) did a great job telling the stories associated with each location. Although the stops were not long enough, Leann gave great info during the travel between. It was an amazing help that she was a native New Yorker as well. She had wonderful insight and family history associated with the sites as well. The tour was moderately easy. There was a bit of walking involved, but nothing hard if you've stayed in New York for any amount of time.

5.00we came a day early and the tour guide let us go on the tour a day early and tryed to get the 9-11 changed to the day early also. Keep me updated as the tour went on to let us know that all had been changed. The 9-11 we had to pay for out of pocket they did not know anything about the switch. The tour was great we created the mixup.

5.00This tour covered the three important parts of NYC that I wanted to see and it was good to do it all in one day. The length of the entire tour was just right and allowed enough time in each location. Being actually shown around the 9/11 memorial garden was the highlight of the tour. I learnt about things I would not have discovered myself.
