This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly

2.00Our tour guide was very nice but we felt rushed through the entire process and things were skipped. I took this tour years ago and loved it so I wanted my husband to get the same experience. It was not even close. We waiting in line for so long that everything else got cut short. We only had a half hour at Ellis Island and felt like we were rushed. Then, we skipped Wall Street all together. Went straight to the 9/11 memorial where we barely had any information. She talked a bit along the way but it just wasn't the same. In addition, during this entire tour, we never had time to eat unless we wanted to cut into the time spent exploring and learning. I will not be recommending this tour to anyone. It was not worth the money. We could have done all of it ourselves with an audio tour. There were no benefits to taking the tour and paying this kind of money. I use Viator quite a bit, this is the first bad review I have ever given. It was very disappointing.

5.00Excellent trip could have done with longer at Liberty Island but we were booked for Ellis Island and 9/11 so needed to move on. All so interesting and memorable especially 9/11 which is such a moving tribute to all who died and the fabulous museum

1.00This was an awful experience. We want our money back in full. The tour guide did not show up. We arrived at the meeting place at 11 am. We were suppose to meet at 11:15 sharp and the tour was at 11:30.

4.00Our family had a really good experience - obviously the historical monuments are the highlight. The fee is reasonable for the length of the experience which was 5 hours. The atmosphere on the ferries is quite crowded as are the lines. Our guide - Fabrice ( sp?) was amazing - he gave great tips and the knowledge he shared with us was perfect. I would have given a 5 star EXCEPT- we bought the upgrade to go through the 911 memorial museum - however this is evidently another company - we never received the email with tickets and the number TripAdvisor gives if this should occur was non responsive - so we paid for something we did NOT receive. Don't buy the 9/11 Memorial museum upgrade.
