This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly

1.00Guide did not turn up. Zero communication or help from Viator or attractions4us who put the phone down on two separate customers who were waiting over an hour. Tour started 90 min late and new guide told us she was only paid till 2pm so we lost 90 min. This meant the itinerary was not what we paid for. Instead of two hours at Statue of Liberty it was 30 min. Only 30 min at Ellis Island not even enough time to listen to the audio tour. Wanted us to pay extra to get to 9/11 missing out the Financial district but we all challenged this. So we walked to Wall St to be told no time for pictures with the Raging Bull or Fearless Girl and as we now knew where it was we could come back. Onto 9/11 literally 20 min and then The Oculus where we were told she was leaving. Viator has been appalling in their help, offered a 10% gesture as the trip went ahead. I booked four separate trips this week with Viator never again. As for the tour operator attractions4us. A different customer called them and they put the phone down on them and blocked them. I called they put the phone down on me too. Complete shambles that we could have booked ourselves and had the allocated time instead of being rushed through it all.

5.00We did the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 memorial with Leanne. She was very informative and gave us alot of history and information about all sites. The tour timing ran very smoothly and we knew where and when to meet. There was heaps of opportunites to ask questions and take photos. It was a great day, we saw and learnt alot. Thank you Leanne.

5.00We loved our guided tour with Gail. Getting to go to the islands with the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and go into the National Park museums was a great experience. We were a little rushed and very crowded but that's to be expected on a Saturday. However, Gail was very efficient and made sure we had time for all three experiences and she was very informative and interesting. I highly recommend this tour if these items are on your list of "must see" because being up close and personal was exactly what we wanted and this tour delivered in spades!!

4.00First and foremost our tour guide FABRICE was phenomenal. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The tour was well organized and completely worth the money I paid. My only complaint, which isn’t a true complaint was that the time spent on the two islands wasn’t long enough. There wasn’t enough time to listen to the history, walk around, maneuver through the gift shop, take pictures, get a snack…etc, etc. I had to walk out watching the “movie” on the history of Lady Liberty to meet back at the ferry on time. It was just too rushed for a first time visitor like myself.
