2.00Our tour guide was excellent however we never received the tickets to the 911 museum and the guide could not help us. I continually called the local number of local tour operator and reached them once and they said get ticket from guide the guide said had to get them via email. I called continually throughout day and never got an answer. Need a refund for museum tickets booking 1344375475 12/26

5.00The overall experience was great except in the beginning the main guy called 20 minutes before we had to be there and was rude. We get there asked for bathroom and then left out of Starbucks and we got lost finding them. It felt very rushed in the beginning which started off the day rough.

3.00Not sure if it was just our tour guide or what, but this wasn't much of a guided tour. She stopped a few times to point out some interesting landmarks, but for the majority of the day it was just "meet back here at this time". We had tons of time at the Statue of Liberty, but felt very rushed at Ellis Island and the Memorial. She obviously was behind schedule by the time we made it to the memorial - she completely ignored myself and my Mom multiple times trying to get her attention just to ask where a restroom was. We ended up just leaving the group to go find one. All in all the locations were interesting and there were a few good facts, but it was by far not the best tour we had.

1.00I paid $160 this excursion for a visit in French , in the end I was in a 100% English-speaking group! The guide did not speak a word of French and offered me an audio guide! FYI, the performance in English was only 60 dollars! This is a real scam! I contacted ke TO who obviously never replied! Moreover, the performance was to last 6 hours , after 6 hours we had not done the memorial of September 11th! Arriving at the museum on request another 11 dollars for an audio guide! Total ***** shit
