5.00This was a great way to see the full fjord. It was comfortable and very fun. And we saw beautiful scenery VERY up close! Our friends hiked up to pulpit rock but I think this is the more comfortable and easy way to see it.

2.00Viator Fail Trifecta 1. Viator gives the wrong location of the cruise (off by 110m on google maps) 2. We show up half an hour before the cruise in a long line, and our ticket doesn't work because Viator didn't send it until 40 minutes before the cruise stars 3. The tip on the last minute Viator inmail was to show up 20 minutes early. Basically useless unless you were already there. So my family ended up not getting a seat because we were struggling to get our tickets confirmed by the tour operator, but got on standing room only. Try to book direct in the future instead of middleman Viator and TripAdvisor (Viator is owned by TripAdvisor). Yes I did reach out to Viator before posting this by responding to the same inmail. No response from them. Don't book with Viator/TripAdvisor.
