The great thing about this experience is that it is suitable for any age group, from 0 to 99 years old. To access the boat you have to take 2 steps, so everyone will be able to access it even those who have mild back or leg problems. The boat ride takes only 8 minutes. Once you arrive you will be able to go down to the sea with a height of 150 cm (4.75 ft) then you will touch (the tide may be higher in some days). You will interact with these fantastic animals in their natural habitat, it is not a zoo or a circus, so the whole thing is in full respect for the animal. The guide will take pictures of you, so you can take home a fantastic memory of this unforgettable day.

What To Expect
St. John's
Transfer from the meeting point with a van to reach the village of Seatons where we take the boat to reach the sandbank in the middle of the sea where we will meet the stingrays.
Stingray City
If you are going to live the most unforgettable experience in Antigua, Stingray City is the one for you. We will reach by land the starting point of the boat that in 8 minutes will take us in the middle of the sea where the meeting with the friendly Stingray will take place. It will not be necessary to know how to swim because you touch the bottom of the sea and there will be direct contact with this friendly animal. This is not a zoo or circus! Stingrays are free in their natural habitat.

5.00We visited Stingray City on an excursion from our cruise ship and loved it. It’s a beautiful location and the ‘wranglers’ are fun and informative. We had far more time in the water than expected and the privilege of being able to swim with and feed these beautiful and gentle creatures is amazing. I would highly recommend it.

5.00We had an absolute blast at Stingray City Antigua! We visited as part of a cruise excursion, and it was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. From start to finish, the staff was fun, engaging, and incredibly helpful. It was a bit t nerve wracking to be touching and being brushed against by such large sting rays but the staff was helpful in showing us that they really are not dangerous unless they are attacked. They really went above and beyond to make this a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. The round-trip transportation was included and very well-organized, making the logistics seamless so we could just focus on the adventure. If you are looking for a unique and memorable way to spend your day in Antigua, I cannot recommend this enough!

5.00The positive experience began with pick up. Our driver Keanu was at our resort early, gave us a mini orientation and even shared an additional excursion we did not hear about or see online. Out with the sting rays the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and gave insights into unique sting rays. Everyone had the opportunity to hold and feed the sting rays. The experience was magical and the sting rays are like puppies rubbing up against you and wanting treats. The photos the company took were amazing! It was my favorite excursion.

3.00Don't be fooled by the pictures as the trip is by boat out to a floating platform, NOT a shallow area you walk out to/from. Apart from that actually being with the stingrays was pretty cool.
