5.00I booked a private Charter for 26 adults through Captain Bryan's. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. I put down a 50% deposit and kept in touch the day prior to our charter. We were on a cruise ship, and tending is required, so we knew our reservation was weather permitting. Well.....the early morning of our tour, Captain Bryan's reached out to say our ship will not dock and they will issue me a full refund. At the time, our ship DID NOT say that, we believed we were still anchoring. I messaged back asking why they are saying so.....they asked me to wait a bit and within 30 minutes, they stated Port Authority confirmed our ship will be able to anchor and tender due to higher seas. Since our ship did not say anything we had our group head to the pool to get chairs. When the ship (an hour later) announced we cannot anchor, people FLOCKED to the pool!!! Within 2 hours, Captain Bryans's refunded my money, and made our day at sea great with seats before anyone else knew what was happening. Stinks we could not do our tour, but I 100% will reach out to them again in the future!
