Stingray City

Make sure you have comfortable transportation before having a wonderful experience swimming with stingrays. This package includes a round trip from your hotel to Stingray City. Once there, you can spend pleasant moments being face to face with these creatures and colorful tropical fish, starfish, and vibrant coral reefs. Prior to your experience, your guide will explain more about these underwater animals and give you advice on how to have a spectacular moment. The sandbank where they are is of an impressive white and its waters are shallow so they will be very close to you. You’ll be able to see them by simply using a snorkel. Have an incredible time under the sun of Antigua while interacting with one of the most incredible animals of the sea. Visit them in their natural habitat and admire them during this beautiful activity.

This is the BEST tour I have been on. The handlers make you feel comfortable, they aid in taking pics and allow you to feed and hold the stingrays as much as you want. A really great experience!

Really enjoyed my time, the team was so good at helping me overcome my fears that I would definitely do this again!. Took some really beautiful pictures and the rum punch they give you after the trip is delicious but a creeper lol so your gonna have a nice head after 😆!.

What a wonderful experience. You climb off the platform onto a sandbank, and are in chest high water with stingrays swimming around you. You are directed to one particular spot and are shown how to hold the stingray while the staff take your photo. It's up to you how long you want to stay there and enjoy the experience. You can be standing chatting and a ray will swim passed you touching your legs. Its all safe and is an unforgettable experience. No need to be nervous! You will be given instructions on how to view the low-resolution images on google docs. Then simply email your order to them to purchase the high resolution versions. I am very pleased with the service. A very recommended excursion!

First timers to Antigua and Stingray City did not disappoint, we had the best time as a family of 4 with children age 11 and 13.The guides were so friendly, attentive and fun, made us feel very safe and relaxed. They went above and beyond to allow us to interact with the rays on their terms so as we also didn’t make them feel unsafe. They were so informative, answered all our questions as well as providing us with a lot of information about the rays. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and this was made by all the staff. Would highly recommend this experience when visiting Antigua, we were sad when it ended!

The stingrays are very peaceful, they swim by and touch you, so try your best not to freak out. It may seem scary at first but it’s worth it.
They said that the transfer is included but is not true!

I believe this is misleading advertising. In the description, it clearly states: "This package includes a round trip from your hotel to Stingray City." However, this is not true. The transfer was not included. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention TripAdvisor gives to verifying the accuracy of the services it promotes. I had meticulously planned my day, relying on the information provided. The day before the trip, when I inquired about the transfer details, I was informed that it was not included. This forced me to reorganize everything last minute, exceeding my planned budget for the day. Please correct the description to reflect the actual services provided and ensure greater transparency for future customers.

Since this going thru a 3rd party, an email providing the 3rd party's name should be included, I only found it after logging into my account which required verification, this delayed our check-in but fortunately the employee was able to check with a phone call, the trip itself was great, short boat ride to the stingrays, opportunity to interact and feed the stingrays, also just a nice swim in crystal clear water

It only took one and half hours...not 4hrs as indicated on the description...not much time to enjoy the stingrays coral reef and fishes Professional picture is not good...took only 2 pics and one is so disgusting.. For some people, they took a lot I need to be given some credit on this tour
