That hike was serious. Several people questioned their ability to complete it halfway to the top. It is very challenging but a lot of fun. You will sweat a lot and there are many points where you will need to basically rock climb. The tour guides made the experience enjoyable.

Jerry is the best guide ever! He was so kind and helpful and did a wonderful job keeping spirits up during the hike. The hike itself was quite difficult (lotsss of vertical climbs involving rocks and tree roots), but the view was so worth it. Would definitely do it again! As far as booking, pickup and drop off, and the transportation, it all went pretty seamlessly.

My pickup was confirmed the night before for 8:50 AM; however, the driver did not arrive until 30 minutes later. Worse than the delay was the complete lack of proactive communication. I received no updates or alerts she was running late until I was forced to reach out myself to ask where the driver was. Because all alternative tours on the island operate on a strict morning schedule and begin at 9:00 AM, it was entirely impossible to rebook with another operator. To make matters worse, today is my last day on the island and it is my birthday. When the driver finally did arrive, her demeanor was highly unprofessional, entirely unremorseful, and completely unapologetic. I had no choice but to cancel the excursion. This level of disregard for a customer's time and experience is utterly unacceptable.
The Climb that will fight you the entire way

This is NOT a hike or a trail. This is a climb up rocks and exposed tree roots. Be prepared for a multi hour long 3 mile up climb and then a 3 mile descent. It would have been nice to have a guide who offerred encouragement rather than words like 'you fall alot'. Unless you are in amazing physical condition skip this activity

This was one of the most memorable excursions of our trip to St. Kitts. Be prepared: this is a REAL hike, not a casual stroll. It was steep, muddy, intense, and absolutely beautiful. The reward at the top was unbelievable — stunning views into the volcano crater and lush green mountains everywhere. Our guide Jay was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, encouraging, and incredibly attentive the entire hike. He made sure we were safe, pointed out difficult and slippery sections, helped us choose the right footing, took photos for us, and kept great energy throughout the day. He also handled the busy trail traffic from cruise ship groups really well. At the end of the hike, he even bought us a drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long climb. Also, shoutout to our driver Dan, who got us there and back safely with some very “enthusiastic” island driving skills 😂. If you enjoy adventure, nature, and a challenge, this excursion is absolutely worth booking. Huge thanks to Jay for making it such a positive experience. I truly hope he has an amazing future ahead of him.

The hike was great, our guide, Jay, was very good and encouraging. One issue was we had to switch our day, which they confirmed, but forgot to pick us up at first, was also supposed to be private. The family with us didn't go over a mile so it ended up private.

Jey was the best tour guide we could've had and made for one of the best island hikes we've ever done. I felt like he kept a great pace for the group and had plenty of knowledge about the island. Definitely recommend this company.

Smooth pick up - crew was friendly and brought us to a good snorkeling spot along the reef - saw lots of fish and felt safe the whole time as a family with 2 kids 6 and 8. Only ding was not having a proper life jacket for our older kid - only for little kids so it was too tight.
