We had a great time on our private tour. We had John and he was very friendly and personable. He is a native and proud St Lucian, and told us a lot about the island. He was also a great driver, which is important because the roads are VERY windy in St Lucia. We hit all the highlights and got some great photo ops. We enjoyed the mud baths although it was super crowded. At least we were on a private tour and not a huge bus! John helped take pix of us, and never made us feel rushed. Another thing to consider when booking your tour is whether the entry to the mud baths and waterfall is included or not. This tour includes the fees, which is nice.

We didn’t make our trip as the ship didn’t make the port due to technical issues. They let us know at the last minute with no time to cancel. Tripadvisor have been fabulous refunding half the cost as the tickets were non refundable so a big thank you to tripadvisor 10/10 thanks again

Great experience. Our guide was super friendly and engaging. We asked if we could make a stop at the Diamond Botanical Garden if time permitted. There was no issue adjusting the schedule. Really appreciated our guide taking pictures of our experiences throughout the day!

Good to cover the highlights of the island in a day. Sheldon was very informative and a good guide. Not for the faint hearted if you don’t enjoy windy roads

Oir driver Sheldon was really nice and informative. We had a great day visiting all the sites and it was stress free. The lunch stop food was really good. It was a private experience for a few bucks more than the ship group excursion

The tour was a great experience for us! It was really good getting to see up close the natural resources and attractions of the beautiful island. The mud bath and waterfall was indeed a fantastic addition to our vacation this year. Sheldon, our tour guide, was a great person to get us to our spots. He was on time and he helped us figure it things out whenever we got to an attraction and the lunch spot. He was also really great at helping us to capture our moments and memories. My only suggestion would be to create a better learning experience about the island by sharing information about the history, demographics, food, indigenous people, culture, political landscape, other attractions.

Our guide was great, very friendly and showed us a great restaurant after the tour. Be ready for extra purchases at the many vendors along the way. But a great introduction to Saint Lucia for anyone.

Our guide John was fantastic- he was very friendly and engaging. One member of our party wasn’t feeling great, and he was always very patient and flexible. We were able to choose what we wanted to see and do, and what we wanted to skip, which was really important to us. We were a bit underwhelmed by our lunch stop, but other than that, it was a wonderful day.

Adber was our driver and he was very patient, kind, helpful and a great photographer too lol! He was knowledgeable and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We all loved the sulphur springs and boy was that waterfall cold! He took us to a great spot to eat by the beach. He provided bottled drinks (I'm not much of a drinker but I'll try most anything once and the Piton beer was refreshing) while driving and great conversation. I would definitely choose Xceptional tours again and when I return I'll be requesting Adber. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

We had a great day touring the island with Sheldon! Stopped for chocolate and made our way to the volcano - didn’t do the mud baths. Got great views of The Pitons and we took lots of pictures along the way. Learned a lot about the people and culture of St Lucia and ended up with wonderful views of our ship in port. Drinks, including Water, Coke and Piton Beer were provided. Highly recommend this excursion.
