We provide private transfer from airport to city or city to airport at best price with free waiting at pickup point and with professional chauffer. Once you arrive the chauffeur will greet you and take you to car. he/she will assist with your luggage and confirm with you your desination. once passenger onboard he will drive and drop you at hotel or destination as planned. There will be water and charger provided in car. Driver will also give you some city tour information if you are first time there and like to explore Stockholm. We are flexible based on our availability and on prior planning if passenger need to change trip we will help to do that with out additional cost but based on our availability.

What To Expect
Driver will meet passenger at airport passenger pickup area or hotel reception or port arrival area for pickup. Driver will have your name sign and contact number to contact you incase you can't see the name sign. Driver also send vehicle number and driver contact in advance to passenger. The transer starts from airport arrival and ends in hotel reception area and vice versa if its from hotel. Vehicle used will be mercedes vito or v class or EQV for more than 4 passenger and VW id4 class or Tesla for less than 4 pax. We offer airport and intercity transfer as well.

1.00We had 2 reservations booked because we had a group of 5 with a nice amount of luggage....only problem (1 car - the one associated with this reservation) didn't show up....didn't even respond to our message until 2hrs after the pickup time, at which time we'd already gotten alternative transportation....how I'm looking for where to request a refund. The car that showed up was GREAT once we found him/he found us.

2.00Driver was 45 minutes late picking us up. No apology and not friendly. Expected us to know where to go using landmarks we are not familiar with. Would not book with them again. I confirmed flight number and arrival time 12 hours before arrival with the drive stating we were arriving at 4pm but I booked for 4:45pm giving us time to get luggage. He did not arrive until almodt 5:45pm. Not a good way to start our Stockholm adventure.

5.00The service texted day before pick up to confirm place and time of pick up. Driver texted 30 minutes before pick up to inform us he was on his way, and arrived about 10 minutes early. The car was clean and comfortable, and he was a safe driver. We arrived at the terminal and the driver pointed out where we were to enter the airport. Definitely recommend.

5.00We flew into Stockholm for the first time, unsure of transportation in the city. We booked this taxi through Viator. The service confirmed our pickup twice, via text, which was reassuring. Our flight was delayed twice, once for 35 minutes, which we relayed to the driver, and again once on the plane, for another 40 minutes, which we again relayed to the driver. He confirmed he was aware of the delays because he was following the flight information we shared at the time of booking. We arrived at the airport, picked up our bags, and texted we were ready to be picked up. We were unsure of where to meet him. He texted promptly to stay put, and he would find us. He did so, carted out & loaded our bags, and drove us into Stockholm, pointing out historical sites to visit during our trip. He was polite and personable, as well as a safe driver. Definitely recommend.

5.00We were greeted as soon as we exited the airport customs area by Muhammad Shigri which was wonderful. After a couple of flights it had been a very long trip and Muhammad made it easy. We were able to learn some about Stockholm and life there. He was very professional and we appreciated being able to ask him questions and get some information about the area. Thank you so much for providing such good service, we would definitely recommend this service and especially Muhammad. Thank you!!!
