  Amazing trip with an amazing driver called Christopher. We went from Gatwick to the center of London in the best way possible in town, everything went smooth due to Christopher excellent driving skills. Thank you, see you next time

  We had a fantastic trip with Simon! He’s very personable, customer oriented, and his stories and sense of humor were delightful. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and history. Simon contacted me ahead of time to check our preferences and ensured we saw the highlights of the area. One of my family members was not feeling well and he kept checking to see if she needed anything. He made as many stops as needed for breaks, photo opportunities, and to ensure I got the best scone in the Lake District. We all definitely recommend him, he lives up to his excellent reputation. We found a new friend in England and will seek him out for another tour on our next trip.

  We had the most wonderful day with Simon. His knowledge of the area and history is amazing, and his enthusiasm is contagious! We saw places that we would never have known about otherwise, and the views were breathtaking. Simon also kindly took photographs and promptly sent them to us with captions reminding us of where each was taken. We would highly recommend any tour with Simon!

  What a great half day tour of the Lake District! It was our v first visit to the area and Simon was a fantastic guide showing us the key sites. We found him v friendly, articulate and knowledgeable about the area. Our party of 6 included my elderly parents who also found Simon highly considerate particularly helping them into and out of the MPV each time there was a stop, which was much appreciated. My father really appreciated Simon’s effort to stop by the famous poet Wordsworth’s home in Grasmere as it was a particular wish of his. In summary, we couldn’t have been happier with the tour and would definitely recommend Simon very highly to anyone wishing to have a private guided tour of this beautiful area.

  It’s too bad I can’t rate this higher!! We had an amazing tour of the Lake District. The guide was knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Scenery was unbelievable! If you have a chance to experience this do not think twice!

  The quality of the tour exceeded our expectations. Simon arrived 10:00 AM sharp to pick us up at our hotel driving a comfortable van with AC, snacks and water. Clear accent (we, non native speakers, had absolutely no trouble understanding the narrative), intimate knowledge of the Lake District, attentive and friendly attitude constituted the wonderful overall experience despite a rainy-windy weather. Tour locations offer breathtaking views and a glimpse at a somewhat secluded lifestyle of Lake District's villages. The tour itself and meeting Simon were a perfect way to start learning about the district.

  What a great way to explore the Lake District. Our tour guide Simon was amazing, such a great guy. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and very personable so easy to get along with and connected with everyone in our party. We got to see some wonderful scenery and sights that included stunning Aria Force waterfall and Castlerigg Stone circle amongst others too many to mention. Simon driving skills were superb and his vehicle was spotless. Everyone enjoyed the treats that he had ready and waiting for us on our tour and the music was an added bonus We also used him as our taxi around town. It was great value and I would highly recommend this tour. Julie M

  It was a special birthday for me so we organised a tour with Simon. We had done similar before on other holidays and recognised these are brilliant ways to see more. Pick up was prompt from our rental and the vehicle is clean, very comfortable with water and chocolates provided. He is knowledgeable, entertaining and funny as well as courteous and caring for his passengers. We got to see views and places we would never have discovered…..ever. Simon made my special day even more special and memorable for me and our friends. I would really highly recommend his service. ( we didn’t get to Blackpool tho…..a joke from the day, Thanks Simon)
