For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available).
For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft and 4 years old, for children
Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed ( babies to 3 years old)
All participants must pay a ticket and all the children must be always with an adult.
Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
Access in a bathing suit and / or barefoot is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Only 1 personal item like a purse or small handbag is allowed, and it must fit in your lap. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches
Additionally, a 11 USD Marine Park fee must be paid by person.
Additional services have an extra cost (photos,or souvenirs).
Tour operation subject to permissible weather conditions.
Atlantis Submarines Cozumel reserves the right to refuse admission in case of adverse conditions for the safety of our passengers.
If you do not follow and / or do not comply with the indicated safety instructions, you will not be allowed to continue with the activity and refund does not apply in this situation.

What To Expect
Atlantis Submarines Cozumel
Make your check in at our facilities 30 minutes before your departure time. First you are going to seat just a little at the departure lounge, then we invite you to watch a intro video,. And you are going to aboard our passenger boat that will take you to the dive site.
Parque Nacional Arrecifes de Cozumel
It´s time for the dive by the submarine Atlantis XII. During the adventure, you'll dive to a depth of over 30 meters and tour the spectacular natural scenery of the Chankanaab Reef, part of the Mesoamerican Reef System, one of the largest living structures on the planet. You'll also visit Cozumel's famous "wall," with a 600-meter drop that delimits the island. Finally, you'll see the largest sunken ship in the area, the Felipe Xicoténcatl, which will enrich the life of this Protected Natural Area, with the goal of preserving it for future generations.

5.00My wife and I had an amazing time with Submarine Atlantis! The staff and crew were super friendly, the submarine itself was incredibly clean and air-conditioned, and the views from the portholes were spectacular! Got to see a stingray, a giant sea turtle, and a sunken war ship. I would highly recommend this for anyone with a spare couple of hours in port. The office is easy to find and you definitely won't get lost or be late trying to find your cruise ship afterwards.

2.00Very far from cruise ship dock, loooong walk as no taxis on this race day. Sub ride okay but not much to see except an old shipwreck. Not a lot of fish and no exotic life as shown in videos. Staff was excellent, though!

5.00This was an incredible experience. I went in with high hopes and it was much better than I could have imagined. As other reviews have said, the sub is not particularly spacious, and that is something that I am pretty sensitive to; however, I was far too preoccupied with the view to be bothered by that. Unless you are an experienced scuba diver, you've likely never experienced something like this. I certainly hadn't. Some of the best money I've ever spent on a guided tour. Family of 4, kids 7 and 11, everyone raved about it. Highly recommend.
