Please arrive 15 minutes before your ticketed time slot, as the Tour will start promptly at the designated time.

Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.

Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.

Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.

Children age 5 and under are free with accompanying paid adult

What an amazing sensory experience. Angie walked us through at our pace and took time to explain everything to us. Paying extra for skipping the line and a personal tour guide was well worth it and beat the crowds.

My family and I always want to visit the Summit, and on Saturday 11/1 was perfect time to visit we were celebrating my friend birthday. We all had a great time. Even though I have fear of heights. I definitely want to visit the Summit.

A wonderful experience that gave us many amazing memories. The gentleman who guided us, Philip, was wonderful , kind and charming. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our time so enjoyable! it was wonderful! We have never met a nicer person. True professionalism. Amazing! Our personal tour guide could not have been better with my son who is on the Autism Spectrum! The entire staff was outstanding and it help make for a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend!
