Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.

5.00Emmanuel S. made our visit to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt truly unforgettable. I brought my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday, and Emmanuel went above and beyond to make the day special from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. What stood out most was how much effort he put into helping us capture the moment—he took so many amazing photos and always made sure we had the best spots and angles. He even helped create space so we could get incredible pictures without the crowds. More importantly, he made the entire visit feel smooth, fun, and memorable. He played a huge part in making the day feel extra special for both of us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes real pride in what he does. Thank you, Emmanuel, for helping make my daughter’s 16th birthday such an amazing memory. We truly appreciate everything you did and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

5.00It was an amazing experience at the Summit Vanderbilt one. Took the entire family of six, and we did a 90-minute special premium tour with our guide, Emanuel Sanders. He did a great job of moving us through the very busy Summit, and overall it was mind-blowing. I have done the Eiffel Tower and the top of the Rock, but this one doesn't even come close. It's on its own separate category, so it was amazing. Emanuel made it even better.
