Most tours have been great. This was a disappointment in all aspects. The 'guide' chewed and smoked all day and spoke NO English. Driving was unsafe; 62mph in a 37 mph zone and 84 mph in a 62 mph zone. 'Guide' was 35 minutes late picking up at hotel. No time for lunch. Others were told there would be a stop for lunch but there was none. The worst was the last stop. He said we would leave at 430. We waited until 5:15 in the cold and dark and still hadn't left; we took an uber back. Another couple did too. Indescribably miserable.
