Travel by air-conditioned catamaran from Cairns Marina to our Moore Reef Pontoon located on the Outer Great Barrier Reef, perfectly positioned and equipped for you to explore this reef that is teeming with colourful coral and fascinating fish.
Spend 4 hours exploring the reef by taking advantage of the free inclusions such as glass bottom boat tours, all snorkelling equipment, underwater observatory, fish feeding presentation, an enclosed ocean pool for kids and buffet lunch.
The pontoon also features an upper sundeck to relax in the sun and look out over the turquoise waters in between activities. This is where you'll find the waterslide - the only theme park waterslide on the reef!
Dial up the adventure and add on optional extras like include Introductory or Certified diving, Seawalker Helmet dive, Guided Snorkel Tour or even a Scenic helicopter flight.

5.00Did the Moore Reef tour today. The staff were attentive and professional. I learned a great deal about the reef in the glass bottom boat tour late in the day. Joelle and Toshi outdid themselves.

5.00This was a wonderful day trip to the moore reef pontoon. The crew were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable The atmosphere if the tour was brilliant. One of the crew members, Sandy, helped out with our 3 year old daughter to have a snorkelling expierence. She went above and beyond to make the day special for our little girl. It was wonderful, I cant thank the crew enough for the amazing day we had.

1.00I travelled with my family, and during our trip a health and safety incident occurred that was deeply distressing for the crew, passengers, and our two young children. The lack of communication and the hours of uncertainty amplified the distress for everyone involved, and gave the impression that the crew were not adequately trained to manage such situations. I hope Sunlover takes this experience as an opportunity to strengthen safety procedures and better prepare and support their crew for future incidents. While they may have been the cheaper option, I would recommend paying more for a more professional experience.

4.00We had to wait too long in the hot sun with no shade to get on the boat. The journey was good and not too bumpy on the lowest deck. The snorkelling experience was very good but limited space to leave our things. The lunch was good. The glass bottom boat was excellent. Unfortunately the semi submersible was broken which was a shame.

5.00Took my family on two full day tours with Sunlover . One to Fitzroy Island and one to Moore reef pontoon. Couldn't fault sunlover on either tours . Staff are fantastic. Lunch was plentiful and nice on both tours. Great snorkelling at both . The pontoon was fantastic. It has a water slide, semi submersible, and glass bottom boat. I recommend bringing reef shoes to Fitzroy Island as it's a coral beach.
