Ozzy, our guide and driver, was terrific! He was on time, had a great sense of humor, and was very pleasant to talk to. My wife and I had a great time! Thank you, Johnny (from California)

Guide Ray communicated everything perfectly. We felt safe and very well taken care of the whole time. Everything was on time and well thought out! The blanket, hot chocolate, and pad were clutch and made my experience so much better!

We joined an early morning small-group tour and had the pleasure of spending the morning with Ozzy, our driver and guide. Since it’s a sunrise tour, it is an early start — as in being picked up at 4am! But we were warmly welcomed into the van, and soon we were on our way to Moraine Lake. After hearing so many horror stories about people arriving before sunrise only to find the car parks already full — and shuttle buses showing up after hundreds of visitors were already on-site — booking a sunrise tour felt like the obvious choice for us. We arrived at Moraine Lake about 30 minutes before sunrise, where Ozzy made tea and coffee for our small group right from the van, complete with maple biscuits (which were delicious!). He also handed out small backpacks equipped with a seat and a blanket to keep us comfortable. From there, we started the 10-minute walk up to the Rockpile. It’s an easy hike overall, though the path can be uneven in places, so wearing decent footwear is a must. Sitting on a rock, wrapped in a blanket with a hot coffee in hand, waiting for the first light to hit the mountains was truly magical. We didn’t have the place entirely to ourselves — it is the most photographed lake in Canada, after all — but that’s just part of the experience. Everyone is there to witness the same beauty. The sunrise was incredible. It was cloudy and misty on the way up, but as the sun crept over the horizon, the mist lifted and the peaks lit up in soft golden light. We’d highly, highly recommend Jumper Tours. After wrapping up at Moraine Lake, we continued on to Lake Louise. Truthfully, it felt a little underwhelming in comparison — Moraine Lake really is the star of the show — but it was still nice to see!

Loved the experience but a little too much time in both locations. The sunrise was spectacular and Ozzy helped us to choose where best to see the sunrise. Lake Louise was an outstanding view but spoilt by a massive hotel and way too many tourists. Great tour company and driver.

Went Oct 10 so the pickup was at a great time for the sunrise. This was one of the last weekends to see lake moraine. The view was epic, perfect sunrise tour. The company was great at communication and our guide was excellent.

This was such a great way to see both lakes! Be prepared for lots of people once you arrive. The ride and tour guide were fantastic. It was nice having the seat pads, blankets, and hot drink! Glad we went this route.

Ken was an amazing guide during our Sunrise trip to Lake Moraine and Lake Louise! He was very kind, and informative. My husband and I found that we had plenty of time to see the sites and do some exploring. We highly recommend this tour and guide.

Would highly recommend this trip. Worth the early morning wake up call. Although the sun had not reached the mountains at Moraine lake by the time we had to walk back down we got some beautiful pictures and views. We got the most beautiful pics of lake Louise at sunrise.
