  The tour was great! Ha was a wonderful tourguide and so knowledgeable about Hoi An as he is one of the locals as well. The early wake up is totally worth it. You will see the city awakening and see otherwise hidden crafts and traditions

  There are no words to describe this tour and the skill of Ha, a local guide passionate about cultural anthropology and experiential tourism! Definitely not enough to give the maximum stars for this review. The tour is a dive into the local culture, told with an opposite approach to that of mass tourism. It is not only a matter of preparation and study, truly commendable, but also a matter of humanity and sympathy. Ha is overwhelming with her enthusiasm and manages to get passionate about everything she tells. It seems to tiptoe into the local culture for a few hours, to learn local traditions, customs and traditions and different realities of family businesses that do authentic craftsmanship.   This was one of the most meaningful tours I’ve taken. I learned so much more about the regional handcrafts and rural lifestyle - some that are waning as a result of our modern life. Ha struck the perfect balance of informative and fun with our small group, and his team of drivers are terrific . I highly recommend this tour!

  An excellent and heart warming tour with Ha and our riders. What a beautiful and meaningful way to see inside the lives of the humble and hardworking people of Hoi An. This tour not only gives you an insight into the daily lives of the people, but an appreciation for the little things we take for granted. Ha is a fun and charismatic person, whose energy made the early start easier :) Despite the rain, we kept going and looking back now and how the floods are currently affecting Hoi An, it really humbles us back home. Highly recommended! Thankyou to the whole team who made this possible. From start to finish, we really enjoyed every minute and hopefully will cross paths again.

  Brilliant, unique, so worth the early start. A great cross section of traditional experiences to see. Our guide is doing much to preserve and document VN culture. The small group was great for getting to know everyone as a solo traveller and to allow us to speak and learn from the local tradespeople. Getting biked around is always an added bonus especially when you’re picked up directly from your hotel. Support this team!

  Nothing short of exceptional! An unforgettable tour with real cultural experiences of real, authentic Vietnam. We had an amazing morning and the early wake up at 4am was 100% WORTH IT!! Don't hesitate to book a tour with these guys they are really fantastic. Wish we had time to do more.

  This was an amazing solo tour for an early bird on vacation. We spent around 4-5 hours zipping around pockets near Hoi An and seeing how local business owners start their day. This was something I could have never orchestrated without a local and was easily the best tour of my trip. Huge thanks to Toby for the excellent knowledge and interesting chat throughout our time together!

  So amazing, yes an early start at 4:30am but was so worth it! Learning how to make cau lau noodles, watch the sunrise on the bridge, visit the chaotic fish markets and see the local woman haggle the fisherman, have a really good coffee and breakfast in a lovely speciality coffee making cafe, learn how to make bed matts and feed chickens, learn about rice wine and taste a few, and finally go to a wood carvers and make your own key chain. All of this was visiting family homes and farms where this was there speciality and overall a really captivating and high quality tour with the nicest guides! Honestly so worth the money, it is priced high for tours in the area but definitely worth way more!   I have been lucky enough to enjoy Hoi An from the most traditional roots. Thanks to Hang, we’ve learned more about the pace of life in Vietnam. A country that grows exponentially at breakneck speed. Understanding Vietnamese culture from within. It has been a window into the daily life of jobs that have great effort behind them. We have been able to enjoy the preparation of Cao Lau noodles. Those same noodles that then, on the table, we have tasted one by one, valuing the work behind it. Where each is unique and imperfect. That can only be assessed if you have seen the hours and effort before. It was the most authentic experience I have ever had on this trip.   We had the most incredible experience with this tour today – without a doubt the highlight of our time in Vietnam and one of the most memorable travel experiences of our lives. From the very early morning pick-up to the moment we returned, everything was unique, authentic, and deeply moving. We had the chance to witness one of the last traditional noodle-making families in Hoi An, explore a fishing village at dawn, discover how fish sauce is made, roast coffee by hand, learn about traditional mat weaving, and even taste over 15 kinds of rice wine in the most peaceful garden. Each stop gave us a glimpse into real local life, and it felt like a privilege to be welcomed into these homes and traditions. Our guide Ha was absolutely outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, funny, and genuinely dedicated to sharing and preserving local culture. You could really feel how much he cares about connecting visitors with the authentic side of Vietnam, and he gave his heart to make the tour meaningful for everyone. On top of that, we were lucky to share the day with wonderful fellow travelers, and together we laughed so much and created memories we will never forget. This was not just a tour – it was an unforgettable journey into the soul of Hoi An. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you for giving us such a special day! Luca
