Take a paddle boarding adventure with a master naturalist along mangroves, gorgeous waterways, and be on the lookout for exciting marine life encounters. Since 2011, South Florida Paddle’s 5-star paddle boarding Eco Adventures take you through the gorgeous John d. MacArthur State Park mangrove areas on Singer Island, and along the beautiful waterways of Jupiter, Florida. Keep your eyes peeled for playful dolphins, a curious manatee, the gorgeous spotted eagle ray, or tiny horseshoe crabs. Our guides are FL natives and master naturalist ready to show you the unique ecosystems located in Palm Beach County. We offer guided SUP Eco Tours, Sunrise tours, Sunset tours, Glow tours & SUP rentals. Please make sure to bring your sense of adventure and enjoy the slow paced island time tour.

What To Expect
First we will have a quick paddle boarding lesson on land going over paddling techniques, and the conditions for the morning. Then we will head out onto the water. Our route will depend on the conditions and paddling level of those in the tour. We will either paddle out to the Jupiter Lighthouse, Fullerton Island or the Loxahatchee River. All the padding routes offer a chance to see exciting marine life along the way. We tend to see sea turtles, sea stars, rays, manatees, dolphins, and a variety of birds.

5.00It was great and Marissa was awesome. She was very patient and very informative. She shared lots of facts about the surroundings, and different birds / marine life we encountered (stingray, sea turtle, and a manatee that swam right alongside me). Definitely recommend.

5.00I did a sunrise paddleboard tour with South Florida Paddle Company, and it was absolutely incredible! The guide was so friendly and informative, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The water was clear, and we saw so much wildlife — manatees, rays, turtles, birds, crabs, fish, and even a jellyfish! It felt peaceful and magical out on the water at sunrise. They make it very accessible, even if you don’t have much paddleboarding experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable adventure!

5.00The Sunrise paddle boarding was amazing! We started with a beautiful sunrise over the Jupiter Lighthouse and ended with a sting ray waving good bye. We were chilling with Manatees, sea turtles, pelicans and some iguanas. It is a fantastic way to start the day!

5.00Marissa was an outstanding guide. The morning was fun and leisurely. She took us all over the river and pointed out various wildlife. We saw barracudas, manatees, turtles, pelicans and a blue heron. We visited the Sawfish Island in the mangroves. It was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her. I did not bring my phone, but she took pictures for us.

5.00This experience was great from start to finish. Our instructor, Marissa, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind. The setting was peaceful and relaxed. We saw manatees, sea turtles, rays, fish, and sea stars. It truly felt like paddling through an aquarium! Whether you’re new to paddle boarding or have some experience, this is a must-do. Highly recommend.
